A natural progression of a day’s movies&shopping talk: Zoe Kravitz, my dahlings, is not only the ‘daughter of’ but also a multi-talented personality on her own. Besides the casual acting here and there, Zoe now just released her first fashion collection: a nice-piece jewelry collection with Swarovski Crystallized under their Trend label.
She helped design the necklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings with a certain lightness and delicacy in mind, gravitating around her birthstone: the turquoise. Little crystals, precious stones set in silver put together in a very harmonious concept collection you can watch/hear her talk about after the jump!
Yesterday, Zoe hosted her collection’s launch party with a little help from her mother, the ever-gorgeous Lisa Bonet. Young Zoe was wearing Alexander Wang head-to-toes, accessorizing her black look with a set of her own Swarovski Jewelry. I have to admit, I was pretty pleasantly surprised by this discrete and lovely collection!

I like Zoe and I like her mom and her dad! Lisa Bonet as Denise Huxtable was one of my style role models growing up.

I did quit the video after 34 seconds. All these privileged kids says the same things after launching whatever. Zoë is just another of them. Swarovski used her famous last name. No doubt she’s a nice girl, pretty too ….of course she was happy she got this change….but still…..

Her mother Lisa Bonet is far more interesting. She’s stunning!! I fail to understand why beautiful and talented Lisa never made it big in Hollywood. I remember Angel Heart, the reason she was not allowed to return The Bill Cosby Show. That was such a bummer since I was great fan of the show. And my then BF was in love with her. All guys were at the time. I can not blame them :)
Bill forgot Robert de Niro played the part of the devil…. Shame! I went to see that movie because of then still hot Mickey Rourke and also Lisa of course…:)
Lisa Bonet was extremely popular & rising star in the 1980s & I think old Bill was a bit jealous & effectively killed her career – IMO / also I don’t think she believed in the ‘game’. She should have been as famous as the other Brat Packers. Luv her – always.
