Simple is not better for Eva Longoria at this 66th edition of the prestigious Golden Globe Awards. She chose a red Reem Acra dress, simple, mermaid-ish, with a long train.
Keeping the jewelry to a minimum – Verdura earrings, the strapless gown did her no special favors. Eva Longoria was one of the presenters for TV Supporting Actor (Tom Wilkinson) and TV Supporting Actress (Laura Dern). In my opinion, she was playing it safe and dull with this dress. Thus, I cannot fully appreciate her stylist’s sense of fashion for a festive night. Do you? (photos via celebutopia)

Angelina Jolie looks like she didn’t changed dresses from the Critics Choice Awards night. But she did. And she chose another nude-look for the 66th edition of the Golden Globes Awards.
Her Atelier Versace sparkling dress matched (too much, if you ask me!) the Jimmy Choo satin sandals (same nuance as the dress). She changed her usual pearl jewelry with Platinum jewelry by Neil Lane. Keeping her makeup really simple, she makes a discreet yet impressive appearance on an overmakeup-ed, overaccessorized Red Carpet. Do you prefer Angelina’s simple look or her trademark black? Easy Like Chilling Before The Golden Globes!

What better to do on a Sunday than lay back, relax, take a deep breath and prepare for a new week? (ah, yes, the Golden Globes tonight, I know! But that won’t stop us from having a perfectly easy and chill out moment!)
Even as we speak right now, the Red Carpet from Beverly Hills’ Golden Globes 66th edition is overcrowded with stars. But who cares? Let’s just look at the sky, whistle a happy tune and think happy thoughts. Who knows, maybe we’ll end up flying, like Peter Pan.. Oh, wait.. we still need that magic dust! The Prada Lace is definitely losing ground! Hilary Duff, one of those celebs hunted for her choice of outfits (not necessarily in a bad way) who was spotted wearing a Prada bag with lace print on changed for a Muxo bag.
Hilary was no stranger to Prada bags (she was also spotted wearing one of those fairy blossoms bags from last season) so choosing a Muxo bag now makes me wonder if it was a freebie or celebs are really falling for the handmade idea of the Muxo bags. Camila Alves’s collection is far from being unattractive and her current relationship with Matthew Mcconaughey only helps the promotion of her designer talents. (more after the jump)

Taking a year off catwalk to enjoy and reconsider life after the tragic death of her (allegedly) boyfriend Heath Ledger, Gemma is expected to make her runway return this February. Only she was recently spotted on a beach in Australia looking rather unusual for her skinny figure. Her much awaited fashion comeback seems a bit problematic now and even if she reportedly had “fun eating” this passing vacationing year, some people are shocked and remain in disbelief when faced with the new Gemma. When I found this piece of news, I was so amused, I couldn’t just keep if for myself! It’s said that China, the world’s leading counterfeits market, will open a fake-only mall in Shanghai.
This means that when you get there, you’ll be in Fake-land! Everything you ever dreamed of, for cheap, with a slight difference from the original. You won’t even notice the flaw! Eh oui! Our beloved Sofia Coppola, who is famously, internationally known for her Virgin Suicides movie, directed an incredibly washed-out overdose of happiness commercial clip for Miss Dior Chérie!
Placed in a summerish Paris, this pub à goût du gâteau really got me! I can’t help dancing on Brigitte Bardot’s song: Moi, Je Joue neither playing in a loop Sofia’s directed Miss Dior Chérie ad. The famous BB innocent but fatal glamour as a vocal background and Maryna Linchuk’s beautiful features really go together wonderfully. Do tell, isn’t it beautiful?
