Sparkle – Swarovski Studded Contact Lenses

I was hoping that the jewelry contact lenses were about to end where they begun. I was sooo wrong! Here’s the perfect way to get yourself a cartoon-eye!

Find a proper Sparkle (the contact lenses with micro-Swarovski crystals on), put it on, (say your prayer before!) and bliiing! Here you have your very own robot eyes to light the night away! These bejeweled lenses were part of a competition called Crystal Vision where they won second place. I imagine they only got second because they took the name of the competition too seriously. Orrr because they didn’t spell the competition’s name in crystals around the lenses… Are these Swarovski Sparkle threatening a market invasion?

Hello Kitty Swarovski Doghouse

After seeing the Hello Kitty contact lenses, I thought nothing else could come up more Hello Kitty –grotesque. And still…

Here’s the most expensive doghouse in the world. Made by Hello Kitty’s Sanrio and decorated with Swarovski. The 7,600 blings from this mini dog bed raised the price up to $31,660. I don’t know about you, but this doghouse looks more like a birdcage to me. Swarovski enhanced, yes, but still a cage.

Hello Kitty Swarovski DoghouseI know the dog is supposed to be the man’s best friend, but even so, why speculate the man’s desire to bling and mutate it to dogs? Why not use that money to do something more useful for the world’s other animals, endangered species or simply do something for the world’s wellbeing? So wildlife can be preserved. Instead of that, some build cages, bling them and after they call them doghouses. Can it get uglier?

Natalia Vodianova Ad For Jacob & Co

Runway retired mother of three Natalia Vodianova still gets to features some well placed ad campaigns. Jacob & Co is one of them.

This is Jacob’s Arabovlast ad campaign on the road to prison. And it’s not bad either. Rather old school glamour, Natalia works wonderfully for the King of Bling’s campaign. The colors help too, but I still think she has a special charm that makes her strong and fragile in the same time. Do you miss old school models and classic fashion photography?

Your iPhone Is LV Or Diamonds Compatible?

If you love your phone, you’ll take good care of it. By that I’m saying you shouldn’t put it in the same place as the keys or metal coins, or any other metal object that could scratch it, that you shouldn’t drop it (on any surface, including liquid) or keep it near heat sources. All that and more (but I haven’t memorized the manual).

Anyway, that’s what a normal phone owner does. Others just like it blingy. So to attend those who are called everything from snob up, below the iPhone cases to impress. The first one is the Louis Vuitton. What it does and how it looks like:The LV case makes you iPhone from 0,5 to almost 10 times more expensive since a Monogram Canvas case is $225 and the Alligator Skin case is $1120. It looks like this: (more after the jump)

Disney And Swarovski Iriver Mplayer

What does it look like? Like Mikey Mouse’s head jewelry adorned. Like a Kid Robot stones encrusted.

What is it really? It’s an Mp3 player made with Disney to intentionally look like Mikey Mouse. Its ears are the actual controls of the very small spherical player, controlling the volume with one of the ears and moving forward and backward in the playlist. It appears to have no display and it was originally designed without the gems add on. However, bling grows on everything, so even this little Mikey Mouse player has got his Swarovski share. Will this ever end?

Linea Pro Swarovski Crystal C2 Hair Straightener

Like every other device pimped with Swarovski crystal, it doesn’t do much besides its original functions. Oh.. then again, it does weight more due to the overcharge with 2553 crystals.

Regardless of the negative ions and infrared heat that result in a remarkable flattening, I doubt this heavily stoned iron can also curl… Or maybe it does, and in-between the curls you’ll find the crystals from your $600 Corioliss straightener. Would you have someone else straighten your hair or you rather do it yourself? (with or without crystallized flat iron)

Bullfight In Armani Style!

I’ve always been fascinated and appalled by bullfights. It’s not smart to mess with traditions, but I still think it’s a secretly sadistic event.

Cayetano Rivera Ordoñez shall wear Armani to face the bulls in the LII’Corrida Goyesca, on September 6, in Spain. The Ordoñez are no strangers to design bullfighting outfits, since Pablo Picasso sketched for Antonio, Cayetano’s grandfather. The Armani costume is heavily blinged – sequins, glitter stones and thread in the fabric’s nuance. All I can think is Madonna’s Take a Bow feat Pimp My Ride sequins edition. What’s all that sequins and stones work supposed to do? Blind the bulls?

Who Needs I Am Rich iPhone?

What to do now that the new iPhone is so inexpensive and so affordable? Get it all stoned up in a bling atrocity or….

Or get the new, the most amazing application created especially for iPhone wealthy users. It’s called “I Am Rich” and does… nothing at all! Just like all-things-rich-related. It just shows a glowing stone and once opened, the application loads a “secret mantra” meant to help you “stay rich, healthy and successful” (the words of the application’s author, Armin Heinrich). The most useless application of them all costs $999,99 and it’s there just to flavor your normal 3G iPhone into a normal 3G iPhone 5 times its price. What to think about those who’ll acquire the very special feature?
