Want to know fashion as it’s being made? Fresh off of the catwalk, the next season’s sandals for your eyes only!
The Burberry 2014 Spring Summer fashion show happened just hours ago and was self-explanatory for someone who would like a short debrief of the Spring Summer 2014 fashion trends: simple, really feminine and… did I say simple already? Rainbow hued sandals like these will surely be replicated in our dear street fashion chains (such as Zara or H&M) and we’ll try to keep an eye out for them. But until the moment we’ll add sandals like these to our wardrobe’s inventory, let’s take a closer look at the runway presentation and see the footwear we need for Spring Summer 2014!
Christopher Bailey rounded all his favorite models for a quick catwalk get together in lovely romantic looks. Pastel was de rigueur and so a full flavored rainbow of t-strapped sandals walked down the roses petals catwalk.
Mindful materials, lovely, Easter-like hues, the Burberry Sandals for the next Spring are simple yet oh-so-beautiful! Christopher Bailey cut it all to a minimal simplicity, to a fashion reduction level of perfection that can’t be forwarded into anything tasteless or inspirationless. It’s not like he invented the wheel: far from it! Burberry’s head designer just reminded us all what fashion is made of and how some shapes and silhouetted never really go out of flavor!
It’s the very core of next Spring’s fashion. So if you have anything remotely similar in your wardrobe, it’s time to bring it up again and maybe paint it in a rainbow pastel nuance. No studded details, no platform soles, just plain high heeled sandals, just the way we like them. Don’t we?
Oh, and just as a bonus: I loved this simple, flowery yellow leather pouch the model is clutching onto! The next Spring’s catwalks are overflooded with this type of handbag but Burberry‘s Christopher Bailey did it again: simplicity, appeal, trend influence. Everything is there to work out a wonderful fashion recipe for our style delight! (images courtesy styledotcom)
