Weirdest Earring & Brooch

I can’t really put my finger on these. I usually go for the audacious and innovative jewelry design. But this? You have to wear the personality before getting to the jewelry details. The spaghetti ear earring and the cigarettes brooch look really odd and unattractive. But this young lady pulls the look pretty decently, to my surprise!
