There’s a golden style rule saying that you have to turn your flaws into advantages. Even when those flaws are nothing but everyday minor accidents, you have to make them work in your fashion favor.
Take for instance a young British designer, Yunju Lee and these most unusual but truly uncommon jewelry pieces – a metal collar with lipstick traces on, ketchup stains brooches, ink stain pin brooches. My favorites are the lipstick collar brooch and the iron ring/brooch. Would you wear one of those? Which? (don’t miss the rest of the pictures, right after the jump!) (yunjulee via highsnobette)

If I were boy? Yes. These are fun and nice gifts for a jolly fashionable male. I like the collar and the iron ring a lot. I know exactly the right person for these…..
Well this is whimsical. They should have made cuff links, I like cuff links.
Just the lipstick stain brooch for me. The others I could do it myself with ketchup, a fountain pen and gold wrapping paper.
Dolly Bird, you should start your own little business: be-creative-101! Love it!
Adriana, I think it’ll work for girls too! Even if there’s a boy in the presentation…
Ellington, write them a suggestion about the cuff links! I bet they’ll start working on’em asap!
I like these (except for the ketchup one which is just gross), they feel quite Comme des Garcons-ish for some reason.
I love the ink splotch broches. They’re so fun…I’d probably get a bunch and add them to a light solid coloured dress. It’d be fun fashionable and punky.
i love all her work! she is very artistic. the ink splats are mad!
they will be loved by one and all! x
The Lipstick / The Ink Spot: YES!
