Makeup Don’t Nicole Kidman’s Overpowdered Nose
December 17th, 2009 by kpriss
It’s a common makeup practice: using powder for the finishing touch so no grease, no sweat be seen in the spotlight. Nicole Kidman’s makeup artist pretty hasty and so was she – Nine’s Red Carpet was waiting.
Nicole Kidman took the Red Carpet looking all powdered and white. And no, it’s not that kind of nose powder! It looks more like baby powder than anything else, so we could just as well assume that the honorable usually flawless Nicole Kidman powdered her baby girl’s tush before getting all glamorous for the Red Carpet. Never Too Young To Make The World A Better Place!
December 16th, 2009 by kpriss
We already know there’s a new wave of Michael Jackson fans out there! The young generation is an MJ generation, and that’s for sure!
Just take a look at this young lady here and tell me it isn’t so! (and while you’re watching her, don’t forget: Heal the world! Make it a better place!) (wait! Who put my baby girl on Youtube? Just kidding – but she’s so much like this MJ fan here! Haircut and all!) A little observation though – if you’re not sure your baby is an MJ fan – it’s around his/hers second anniversary that’s all bursting out! Be prepared!

Madonna’s Dolce And Gabbana Spring Summer 2010 Ad Campaign
December 16th, 2009 by kpriss
Here’s the Material Girl at work, doing some dishes, eating (somewhat) pasta for Dolce & Gabbana’s Spring Summer 2010 ad campaign.
After reaching unknown Photoshop heights with Louis Vuitton’s campaign, Madonna’s making her best Monica Vitti impersonation for Steven Klein’s lens. (if she can’t act in movies, at least she’ll always have ad campaigns!) Black and white, vintage-y and cozy, the new Summer 2010 Dolce & Gabbana ads with Madonna make me forget it’s a fash-ad. Also her Madgesty sets a new standard for Photoshop-age-in-minus. What say you? (click through to see more images from the campaign)
UPDATE: More images have surfaced from Madonna’s Dolce & Gabbana campaign. You can see the new ones here. (via)

The New It Vest Pharrell’s Bullet Proof Moncler Reversible Puffer
December 16th, 2009 by kpriss
There are times (a crushing majority of presented occasions) when I love a good recycling injection into the fashion process. This vest got me thinking, however. About life. Art. Fashion. And more.
Moncler (an Italian brand) has teamed up with Pharrell, the new design god, in order to release what they think would be a heart-melting, trend-setting collection. The first to make the daylight is the reversible puffer vest as introduced here by Pharrell himself! (the story continues right after the jump!)
Leica M7 Hermès, The Christmas Gift For Photography Passionate Fashionistas

Now this is the perfect gift for the fashionistas playing around with their camera! The Leica M7 Edition Hermès is the second edition from the very exquisite collaboration between camera maker extraordinaire, Leica and leather brand extraordinaire, Hermès! (the first one was launched in 2003).
Only 200 cameras are available (100 each color), each carrying a unique serial number on. I won’t steal the aesthetic pleasure by giving you too much technical specification. (the story continues right after the jump!)
Angelina’s Asprey And More. Jewelry By Celebrity
December 16th, 2009 by kpriss
If you haven’t decided what to buy this Christmas, you can consider the following jewelry pieces designed with dedication, inspiration and care by big names and artistic personalities.
More, some of these particular jewelry pieces were invested with a special charity power: Alicia Keys did a necklace for Keep A Child Alive and Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s Asprey Snakes proceeds turn to Education Partnership for Children of Conflict. Avril Lavigne Wears Abbey Dawn Clothes And Chanel Sneakers
December 15th, 2009 by kpriss
If it wasn’t for Avril Lavigne, I would have kept my complete ignorance about Chanel doing Converse-like sneakers. Which makes total sense, every couture house should have a fair shot at taking down the 30 bucks-a-pair legend! Right?
I, like many of you, am a Converse girl. And I treasure comfort. Looks come in close second, most of the time and I can’t get the tag thing out of my head: these Chanel sneakers are only worthy because they have Chanel written big on’em. Would you place them higher than you would a regular Converse? (click through to see larger images) (photos via)
