Jennifer Aniston Does Harper’s Bazaar UK May 2010
April 6th, 2010 by kpriss
Yesterday it was time for some Gerard Butler. Now let’s get back to Jennifer Aniston. Though the critics slammed her latest (The Bounty Hunter), Jennifer continues to promotes herself and her appeal carelessly, just like in the old times.
Her Harper’s Bazaar (the UK edition), May 2010 is lovely, peaceful and tranquil (almost magical) just like a warm summer set should be. (the story continues right after the jump with more images!)

Gerard Butler Covers Architectural Digest May 2010
April 5th, 2010 by kpriss
If you failed to feel Angelina Jolie’s influence on the world, here’s one more reason to convince yourself she’s truly talented at manipulating masses.
Gerard Butler covers Architectural Digest, May 2010. Who else covered the honorable Architectural Digest? Why, Brad Pitt, of course! Remember Vogue’s Jennifer Aniston cover? And how similar it was to Angelina’s? Remember W’s Brad and Angelina’s feature? And how strikingly similar it was W’s latest with Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler? Jennifer is the new Angelina and Gerard is the new Brad. (photo via)

The Sartorialist Vs The Internet
April 5th, 2010 by kpriss
You may remember something I came to you not long back, something about the Sartorialist: The Fake Sartorialist.
Le Grand Scott Schuman himself caught word of the Fake Sartorialist and got very angry. He woke his royal self up one beautiful morning and felt the urge to write the Fake Sarto a letter. The letter, thankfully made public somewhere along the way, was followed by a modest and amicable answer from the Fake Sarto himself. The thunder Scott, Almighty God of the Photo Blogging was, you see, pretty upset and claimed the Fake Sarto was stealing traffic (the Sartorialist receives 250,000 hits/day while the Fake Sartorialist receives 50hits/day!) and: “Now everyone feels the Internet is a free-for-all.” How absurd has Mr Schuman become and how elitist he feels now the grands of fashion embraced him! Tilda Swinton Is Dazed And Confused May 2010
April 5th, 2010 by kpriss
Now this is a fine cover issue! Tilda Swinton’s Dazed and Confused double cover incident for the May 2010 issue is one of those timeless, seasonless cover happenings I don’t mind staring at for hours.
Indeed a fashion photographer can be a painter (also if the model meets the necessary requirements) and his/hers toile can be perfect. Tilda Swinton graces the cover of Dazed and Confused for our eyes delight and also because she has a new movie coming up: I Am Love. (the story continues right after the jump!)

Demi Moore Harper’s Bazaar Vs. Chloe Sevigny Harper’s Bazaar Russia April 2010
April 2nd, 2010 by kpriss
Harper’s Bazaar is hardly what I’d buy if I wanted a fashion magazine. And maybe that’s exactly why this kind of styling double fails to reduce me to tears.
Unless it was completely intentional and Harper’s editors both on US soil and Russian ground agreed on making Alice in Wonderland the queen theme of their fashion editorials. Demi Moore graces the pages of Harper’s Bazaar US April 2010 and Chloe Sevigny is the main pictorial of Harper’s Bazaar Russia April 2010. Both as Alice in similar visions of contemporary wonderland. This Is My Chanel 2.55 Bag!
April 1st, 2010 by kpriss
I’m holding it up, up so you can all see it! Put on your shades, you’ll be needing them! And this is how they make fashion in Paris. Ultra shiny, ultra big, it’s Chanel daaahling!
I love a bit of extravaganza, a high note here and a sparkle there, however, trying to pass out as a decently fashionable creature, I won’t wear the entire arsenal on me. And surely not in the daylight. I’d go for something this busy-looking for a night out, for fun. Even with the giant 2.55. What about you? Cast your vote right after the image! (photo via EF)
L’Officiel Goes For Cindy Crawford Forever
April 1st, 2010 by kpriss
After witnessing a rather de-clothed Kate Moss in Vogue Hommes International’s Kate Forever, here’s the super-replica: Cindy Crawford covers L’Officiel de la Couture et de la Mode.
Hidden inside, Cindy Crawford‘s pictorial “Cindy Forever” is all decent, almost too dark, serious and conservative for a spring issue. That’s why I think fashion can still happen even with all your clothes on and without having to portray Gaga at all costs. (am I getting old?) Stripes Must: The Givenchy Striped Blazer
April 1st, 2010 by kpriss
If there’s anything this season shouldn’t be missing from our wardrobe is the stripey top. We’ve seen it from last season, you can’t go under “trendy” if you’re not wearing your striped top (otherwise known as the Breton top). White with black stripes or navy stripes, you have to stripe yourself to stylish yourself.
The other day, I received an email from our friend, Ellington, asking me how I felt about this Givenchy striped blazer. Here’s my answer: it’s absolutely gorgeous! (the story continues right after the jump with more images!)
