We’ve seen the Uggs going high and low in the fashpeople’s graces. Normally, a good design can save anything from fail. A good designer with a hot idea behind his head can make fashion turn from the 80s grunge to the 60s glamour (yeah, I’m talking Marc Jacobs).
Though I will undoubtedly see them around, the new UGGS by Jimmy Choo don’t convince me at all. Uggs still fail to impress me (outside my comfort zone – at home and around the house, backyard and all), let alone a pair of sheepskin boots priced at $1,080! All those tiny stars? Don’t they just ad more kitsch to something that’s already a walking kitsch overload? (the photo was taken from Nicky Hilton’s twitter account. Empty boxes, right, but with the right orange, it just makes everything pop and look alive, fashionably and artsy. Yes, this means you should get your hands on Hermes empty boxes. How? Well, don’t tell anyone, but you could actually find some empty boxes on eBay! It’s either that or take some very similar paper and make them lookalike boxes yourself! Maybe one day, they’ll turn into real Hermes boxes? (via)
Magic Wedding Moment: Coco And James

Have you figured out already what a sucker for weddings I really am? If I haven’t had you convinced yet, then this is just another reason to set the records straight: give me a wedding setting, show me a wedding celebration and I’ll break down in tears, overwhelmed by the magic and the emotion of that special moment. That’s the kind of tough gal I am.
Anyways, what I was trying to do here, was a really really long intro to a great video (actually two videos, but I’ll be counting on you seeing the teaser, at least – it’s noticeably shorter than the long film which you can watch right after the jump – I do advise you to keep it and watch it later on even if you’re not doing it now – it’s a wonderful voyage through the making of of a wedding). How can that be? Lara Stone not making it into the pages of Vogue Paris for the September 2010 issue? Lara, Carine’s weakness? Well, I tell you how: she made it into the pages of Vogue US September 2010, that’s why! Lara finally nailed it and got Anna Wintour’s attention!
Now about Kate Moss and her Vogue Paris: she’s looking odd, tired and un-fresh. Too bad for the Inez and Vinoodh shooting, I really love their photographic outcome, usually. This time, however, it’s dull and dusty. Let’s hit the jump and judge together! (click here for the gallery!)

That’s really what crossed my mind when I first saw this phone! A pocket – sized Christmas lights splendor. It’s either that or the perfect match for the mirror false eyelashes!
Can’t have one without the other – take the IIDA light pool phone by night only and yours is the spotlight. Sure, it’s as big as an old Motorola, but who’s counting when you’ve got all those sparkling LEDs on? Maaan, if only my baby girl would have seen this up-close and personal! What was IIDA doing before this phone? Toys? C’mon, I’m sure they were making toys for little children and toddlers! Aren’t you? (via)

Have you seen the latest IT model around? They may trick you into believing she’s a full – figure model, but we’ve seen better and we know better. Crystal Renn used to be this very proud plus sized model until the Kaiser came along and with him the blurring fame.
The result? Crystal began looking slender and thinner. All in the name of fashion and exercise. Alongside Crystal, there’s, biensur, Baptiste Giabiconi. Then get ready to carve a serious budget hole. Not because you’d pay $89 for a Key Ring. After all, it’s Lanvin, daaahling, what would you expect?
But because, for $89, the Lanvin key ring you’d buy, would very much look like this (see the image below and those following right after the jump). Which isn’t that luxurious after all! Sure, it’s for men, sure it looks … rough. But really, Lanvin, do you expect people to pay $89 for that? Would you pay $89 for that key ring?
Gabriel Aubry Not Just A Pretty Face For Charisma

Have you heard about Charisma? No. How about Gabriel Aubry? yeeees? oh, well then… Gabriel Aubry has been the target of an unusual amount of publicity. Not because he’s a male model and he suddenly got all the campaigns. Oh, no! A woman is behind Gabriel Aubry’s success. Two, actually: Halle Berry and little Nahla.
Now the split between the two was official (and Vogue approved), Gabriel may return to his normal model – life. No more paps constantly on him. I wonder, though, after seeing the clip (it’s just for appx 4 minutes. Easy Monday entertainment), was he ever this smug and self absorbed? It’s distracting. It also distracts his neurons.
