The Scent Of Anna Dello Russo Campaign By Juergen Teller
November 29th, 2010 by kpriss
Now that we’ve seen the video, we might as well see the print job! Anna Dello Russo seems to be true to her uber fashionista image while presenting and promoting her perfume: “The Scent of Anna Dello Russo”.
The fashmaniac editor who declared owning over 4,000 pairs of shoes is photographed by none the other but the King of Flash, Juergen Teller standing near one of her shoes displays (also visible in her video ad), wearing a golden coat, a black cowboy hat and dark shades. What does that have to do with a perfume? Nothing. What does that have to do with Anna dello Russo? Everything! It’s the scent of a shoemaniac! And I bet it’ll be a sellout, don’t you? (photos via)
Louboutin Metallic Spiked Stilettos. A Medical Perspective
November 29th, 2010 by kpriss
What would normally be the image of a pair of heart aching Christian Louboutin Pigalle silver spikes stiletto has been transformed into this amazing, ethereal capture through a high definition 3D medical scanner in a project initiated by Lux Inside.
I’m not familiar with the procedures and how safe and stress free the scanning was for the red soled beauty, however, I’d be happy to hang this on my wall any day! It looks unbelievably beautiful and artsy. Not that I would mind wearing the real thing, though! Which one do you prefer? The close to earth $1,000 something Louboutins or the close to art heaven scanned Loubs? (Lux Inside via)
Adorable Bow Gloves Could Make Perfect Christmas Gift
November 29th, 2010 by kpriss
Do you think there could be such a thing as a bow – overdose? Much like to the ruffled overdoing of the new Valentino for Gap collection, I’m feeling a worrying tendency towards bows and anything with bows (I remember there’s a wee designer out there who also happens to think bows make couture).
However, if you’ll take a look at the Bow Gloves below, you’ll understand just why I feel magically drowned to them fancy bows! Made by The Girl and the Gorilla, the gorgeous fingerless gloves (perfect for texting and touching them iphones and ipads) could be yours for $123 (a bit pricey if you ask me, but the bows…oh!). Would you buy them? (what’s your style addiction?) (available here)

Juergen Teller For Marc Jacobs Skates
November 29th, 2010 by kpriss
Whenever he feels the need for something highly artsy, Marc Jacobs turns to Juergen Teller’s lenses. There’s no match for his flashy photographs! Now he’s got the street recognition, if he needed such a thing for there you have a very special collection of skateboard decks printed with Juergen’s photos.
For those who are interested in buying the skate decks – the very limited edition $69 decks come in four prints: Kate Moss, Stephanie Seymour, Lisa Marie and M.I.A.. Hurry up, though, they said only 100 copies are available (and there’s no saying 100 “each” print so I’m assuming he only made 25 of each print)! (via)
White Patterned Tights
November 29th, 2010 by kpriss
We’ve been down this road before. Somehow. With the veins printed tights. Proof enough that I still don’t feel in peace about these – I found yet another example and I’m still unsure they make a good style – impression.
First – I’m reticent to wearing white tights outside a theme outfit genre Angel or Snowflake (though I admit they do look good in this combination). Second – I really love a good print / pattern. But cracks and veins don’t feel too fashionable outside Halloween themed getups. They look odd to me, maybe you have an idea of how to turn such fashionable accessories into daily wearable ones – what’s your vision of stylish patterned tights? (photos Tokyo Fashion)

Kate Moss And Her New Fringe Launch Vintage Muse Perfume
November 29th, 2010 by kpriss
Vintage Muse. I wonder how they came up with that name… Nevertheless, I’m sure it’ll be a hit, like anything else under the name tag Kate Moss. Vintage Muse is Kate’s new perfume which she helped launched this very Friday, November 26th.
And while she was looking perfectly casual and rock-ish (much the opposite of her pink – red house), Kate Moss was also sporting something new. A new haircut (well, kind off, we’ve seen her with a fringe before). Do you think it suits her better than her usual non-fringe look? (photos via)
Versace Bubble Sofa For Your Fashionable Home
November 29th, 2010 by kpriss
How long does it take for you to find the perfect home interior item once you put your mind to it? I admit it takes ages for me. From the day it occurs to me I need or I may find use for a certain home-ish item till the day I actually bring it in, I spend hours and hours figuring the best design and even more time in searching through specialty shops and boutiques. Now the following image should give you a hint already: I’m scouting for a nice new sofa.
And while doing that, I found the Versace Bubble Sofa. And it looks pretty. Truly different from the usual square-ish Versace design, the new Bubble sofa can wear leather or fabric and be equally stylish. Which one would you bring home? (Versace via)
Want False Eyelashes? Go For LashDip Instead!
November 27th, 2010 by kpriss
Talking about eyelashes and false advertising – there’s a new product creating a buzz in the lashes world: LashDip. It’s a black jelly coating your natural lashes lasting six weeks (costing $200).
It’s cold air cured onto lashes by trained professionals and it mimics a mascara only with infinite superior results in terms of lasting and aesthetics. Also it’s said to protect you natural eyelashes, containing carbon black pigment, glycerin, aloe and glycol. Although it sounds exhilarating, I have to admit it’s much like acrylic nails. Only for the latter, the result is disastrous for the natural nails. I wonder how LashDip really works out for the natural lashes… (LashDip via)
