Since they already announced Blake Lively as the next face of Chanel, I’m keeping an alert eye on everything this girl does. Because I want to get her vibe. I want to see the it in her. What made the amazing Anna Wintour fall for her.

So I came across this Cosmopolitan Australia cover she’s done for the February 2011 issue. And I felt it puzzled the life out of me. Who is that girl on the cover? Blake Lively? That can’t be, really! I mean after all, I saw her in “The Town” and I proud myself with having a good photographic memory. And this is most certainly not the Blake Lively we all know. It’s a Photoshop clone of Blake Lively. And I bad one, I might add.

It’s not a joke! The pregnancy or the bookies! So Victoria’s fourth pregnancy was announced by David on his Facebook page, the second day Victoria took the Twitter and thanked everyone for the kind words and support.

But did you know that bets are actually being placed on whether the fourth Beckham child is going to be a boy or a girl? Or “multiple births”? How about the names? Juliet, Alexander and Alexandra, Coco, Vivienne or Stella seem to be the favorites. What do you think? (we, think it’ll be a boy, yes, again – it seems to be a boys year – Miranda, Doutzen)

We all know Tom Ford. It’s time to know a bit more about the man behind Tom Ford. And his life with Richard Buckley. And as much as I disapprove Tom’s marketing-ish views on fashion, you all know I’m a love fool. (one of my favorite romantic movies is Love, Actually and I love it to pieces, I would watch it at least once a week and wouldn’t grow tired of it) And Tom and Richard’s love story (which lasts on for 24 years), as described by them, is really emotional and beautiful, totally worth the reading! Recently the news broke that Carine Roitfeld was out from Vogue Paris. Speculations about the reason of her departure as well about who will be her successor started on the very spot.

We may not know the exact reason of her parting ways with Vogue Paris but we sure know who’ll be occupying the Vogue Editor in Chief office back in Paris: Emmanuelle Alt. Emmanuelle who’s been with the VP team since 2000 is well known for her amazing styling. Congratulations Emmanuelle and Bonne Continuation! We’re looking forward to your version of French Vogue!

It was big time we brought Antony and the Johnsons back in fashion! With this new behind the scenes advertorial making of Kate Moss for Balmain, my Antony and the Johnsons fix is set. (though they said that this video was filmed during the Spring Summer 2011 campaign fashion shoot, I have to say that to me, it looks identical to the Fall 2010 campaign, so I think that it’s the Fall Winter 2010, not the SS 2011 – take a look for yourself)

Everglade is the name of the song – hence the name of the video. The beautiful animation was provided by the talented Jo Ratcliffe following Inez and Vinoodh‘s vision. Their work is amazingly inspiring so don’t be shy, play that thing! It’s a great way to spend them 3 minutes! (via)

Those of you who are not really familiar with the stars of the photo – Chloe Sevigny is the world renowned self appointed fashionista. Pauly D is one of the protagonists of MTV’s scandalous, dubious Jersey Shore reality series.

Suffice to say the two of them were recently seen together side by side, enjoying a basketball game. The world of fashion trembles at the thought of the fashprincess coupling up with Pauly. All I have to say is that Chloe Sevigny’s fashion views make a lot more sense to me now! (photos via)

We’ve had Katie Holmes being praised long and hard for her rendition of Jackie Kennedy. We even had a magazine cover, with Katie, singing the same praise tune for her History Channel mini series role.

Well now it turns out that the very channel that commissioned the making of the mini series doesn’t stand behind it anymore. The History Channel rejected The Kennedys because, they say, “the dramatic interpretation is not a fit [for the channel]”. However, the series will still air internationally (I’m still unsure what that’s supposed to describe exactly). Are we to believe that the amazingly talented, supremely beautiful and utterly impeccable Katie Holmes is not a theatrical fit for Jackie Kennedy? (via)

According to the ultimate fashionista Anna dello Russo, her New Year chromatic resolution was just revealed as green. Green is the new white, she said.

Because green is so much more than just a simple white and because green can pop so much more than just a simple white, expect Anna to wear green-ish outfits for 2011. And maybe, just maybe, green is also a winning attitude. And you thought the Prada SS 2011 catwalk was a joke, huh? (also – you have to love how she photoshopped her aura – head on the catwalk models! priceless!)
