If Noir Collection sounds a bit familiar to you it’s because you may remember we talked about them a while back, when they did the superheroes jewelry collection. Now they switched one hundred eighty and went punk on our fingers. And then some.
Noir Jewelry seem to be huge fans of Siouxsie Sioux (inherently Siouxsie and the Banshees) so their new collection that’ll hit stores in March comes with spikes and edges and tiny sparkling stones. It looks beautiful, I would actually wear those stackables rings if only I wouldn’t hurt anyone with my well known clumsiness!
Also – is there any viable liaison between punk spikes and pyramids? Or is that supposed to be a mystical interpretation of punk? Umm… (via)
Marc Ecko Wants You To Wear His Bags And Nothing Else In 2011

Marc Ecko‘s promotional message for the Spring Summer 2011 is wear Marc Ecko bags and nothing else! He also enrolled AnnaLynne McCord to help him spread the message of baglove and no clothing support.
A couple of Marc Echko bags is all you’ll be needing in the summer heat. The ads look charmingly vintage and AnnaLynne is her usual gorgeous self while trying to convince us that bags are all we need.

Red Carpet Manicure – Louboutin Manicure

The Red Carpet season is officially on a roll. Now what are we to do, back at home, besides the occasional popcorn and harmless gossiping? Take note and, where possible, mimic the gorgeous styles.
This, however, takes the mimic to an entire new level. Christian Louboutin manicure doesn’t stand from a foray of the iconic shoe designer into the nails care and polish domain. Oh, no! It stands for long black luscious nails with deep red under – tips. Just like your regular Louboutin shoe with red soles.
Also – If you’re open to experimentation, try the YSL blue instead of the red and call it the YSL Tribute Manicure. Any other iconic sole to put on and underneath your nails? (via)

We knew this was coming, and behold! there it goes! Rafael Nadal is billboard powered for Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans ad. And there’s Megan Fox again, only way skinnier, for the Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans 2011 campaign. Forget that, what was I saying? oh, yeah, Rafa!
I saw the images and I said to myself that even if they say it’s Rafael Nadal in those pictures (and I’m sure many of you like him better this way), I prefer him in his every day look. With his hair gel free and without that fashionably tragic empty look on his face. How about you?

Cindy Crawford’s Bullett Magazine First Issue

If I was to name one of the supermodels that I could (read want) absolutely relate to, that would be Cindy Crawford. Let me count the main reasons: she turned an alleged disadvantage into a major advantage (her iconic mole), she kept her natural look (hair) throughout the extent of her early modeling career (early because it goes on even as we speak) and she was made from flesh and bones, not just your average bones-skinny model of today.

Sometimes I keep getting back to one of my Adored Husband’s sayings: A picture is worth a thousand words. And then some.
And the perfect example for that group of images lies below. You know, in spite of what people may think (yes, Jaffa, I’m looking at you!), the internet is a wonderful, wonderful place, full of charming whatnots. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Have you heard that Gwen Stefani was appointed L’Oréal Paris ambassador extraordinaire? Yes she was, she’s representing the Infallible Le Rouge lipstick. And now the ad campaign is out. Because we’re worth it!
And you know what? I love it! It’s great, it was made to measure Gwen‘s personality and even if I’m not a lipstick girl, this ad makes me want to wear that hot red she’s wearing! Because it’s funny, it’s powerful and yet it’s just makeup!

Now there’s something you don’t have to miss: Jourdan Dunn advertising for Yves Saint Laurent Spring Summer 2011. And it’s not just any advertising, oh no, no no! It’s YSL Touche Eclat, my daahlings! The one makeup product I’d take with me on a desert island! (I’ll just pretend it’s a writing tool to pen down my memoires)
The gorgeousness that is Jourdan matches perfectly with the magic that is YSL Touche Eclat (seriously, if you haven’t tried it – do so! it’s one magic product). Has any of you tried the Touche Eclat foundation? Does it live up to the Touche Eclat highlight pen magic?
