This is a really simple, very striking cover for Vogue Paris March 2012. Natalia Vodianova seems to be back in fashion, stronger than ever. And with every picture of her I discover, I’m more and more convinced that less is definitely more effective than a bunch of colorful yet aesthetically aggressive styling options.
Sure, it doesn’t work with anyone, but I’m happy and grateful for every simple fashion moment I find! So today I love Mert and Marcus’ photo of Natalia Vodianova for Vogue Paris. Do you?

I have lost interest in Vogue Paris ever since they have proved to be rather racially insensitive and ignorant, but this is a lovely cover.
ah, yes. You’re so right! They have a pretty strange way of being diverse.
Isn’t that the situation with most magazines? We’re going to have Dutch Vogue soon. At last and not a good timing but anyways; I’m going to buy the first issue of course.
I always did wonder why certain other countries were “allowed” by Conde Nast to run one. No, I’m not going to mention names. Being in these countries I’ve been often the most fashionable to spot! Only in their capitals the people showed off fashion sense. We Dutch are and have been always fashionable. The Dutch from Suriname and the “Dutch” Caribbean islands have a great fashion sense. I hope to see that back in Dutch Vogue.
And yes, this is a nice cover :)
Please tell us who is on the first cover Riana! : )
Of course I will and I give a full update. You bet girls :)
Nice cover of Natalia – she is very pretty. Paris Vogue has inticing covers but is ultimately boring to me probably because I am not French therefore I don’t fit the demographic.
