At last the great pictorial from Harper’s Bazaar UK, May 2011 is here. The long awaited one paying tribute to Alexander McQueen.

Alongside Kate Moss were Annabelle Neilson and Daphne Guinness to portray the best they could the Lee McQueen they knew and treasured inside their hearts with a little help from Solve Sundsbo‘s cameras and Jonathan Kaye‘s stylish sets. As great and really beautiful the images can be, there was truly only one Alexander McQueen and a handful of pictures won’t help us remember and appreciate him at his true value. Daphne Guinness‘ photo is my favorite – it’s so dynamic and epic at the same time, wouldn’t you say? (via)
