Skull Ring By Vivienne Westwood

Banishing skulls, skeletons et caetera from the kids wardrobe doesn’t mean I can’t hide a tiny, sparkling little skull in my jewelry case! (that is if I had one, of course, instead of chasing my few jewelry in my makeup-and-anything-else case!)

I love Vivienne Westwood. I love her for the designer she really is and I love her for the activist she wants to be (Jerry Maguire, anyone?) (the story continues right after the jump with more images!)

Also, a while back, I wrote about a very impressive skull rings collection from Dior Joaillerie. If you haven’t had the eye-pleasure yet, please don’t hold back! You don’t know what you’re missing! This new skull thing ring is a laid back, raw version of that Haute Jewelry Dior collection! It’s a Vivienne Westwood authentic, made from sterling silver with tiny taupe crystals (Swarovski, baby, Swarovski) and leaf details. If Caesar’s skull had a massive Swarovski implant, then this is what it would look like! Ready for this fall’s it skull bling? Isn’t it beautiful?

Hmm, I like it but there’s a Dutch designer who has made this rings far earlier and it’s not a new idea either. I’ve one, a far more cheaper silver of course. since the 80’s. Don’t wear it anymore though.
I cannot come up with the name of this Dutch designer argh…..I would choose hers above this one. I’m not such Swaroski fan.

Ehhhh, no leave Caesars skull as it is…..says the Roman History fan:)
