I know not many can count Miley Cyrus among their fashion references, but she makes a pretty interesting appearance each and every time on a festive or non-festive occasion. She just has that controversial quality to her persona and personality that will always make a media magnet, regardless of what career turn she’ll choose or whoever she’ll have at her side.

Although I can’t tell from the multitude of jewelry she has on if her engagement ring is still on, I feel that her spiked hairdo is getting a lot of attention. Because it’s fun, punk and joyful.
