One of the most charming Angels, Lily Aldridge is gaining back her fashion territory – because, as you well know, for the vast majority of the fash-savy population, if you were someone in fashion but you decided to have a child, you’re so… yesterday! And then, when you’re back, you’re just one of those mom-haired models. Pfff!
But I started talking about comebacks and since I don’t really believe Gemma is going to walk down the Fashion Week runway ever again, I’d better talk about a real come-back. And I’m happy to see Lily Aldridge back to it. She just seems to be such a nice girl, down to earth and sweet, even beyond her Elle cover pout!
Elle Brazil brought Eduardo Rezende to photograph lovely Lily for their April 2013 issue: the shooting took place in NY with skyscrapers in the background and somber fashion in focus. The styling of the cover is really impeccable, something many high profile fashion magazines should learn how to do!
