Custom dress was de rigueur at the 2013 Oscars! There was almost no dress walking the Red Carpet tonight in its catwalk version! Amanda Seyfried’s gown makes no exception to the custom rule!
She was wearing a light lavender dress with heavy embroidery from Alexander McQueen. The dress was lovely, suited Amanda wonderfully, although I was very surprised to see her wearing McQueen – not exactly the McQueen kind of girl. At least not in my mind.
But I guess everything’s fine when all sartorial needs are met and so Amanda Seyfried made a flawless appearance at the 2013 Oscars! In my opinion she was actually one of the best dressed tonight – and she had some serious competition!
Amanda also opted for Roger Vivier shoes – although we do not really see them, I’m sure they were a perfect fit for the beautiful dress. She kept her jewelry to the minimum, with few key elements from Lorraine Schwartz. (images Getty)
