Nars & Thakoon, Nars & Warhol

Nars Cosmetics seems to be on a very creative streak this year! Not only they’re issuing a nail polish collection inspired by the Thakoon Spring Summer 2012 collection (more specifically by the hair in the said Thakoon runway presentation), but they’re also working on an Andy Warhol collection!

Judging by the look of the Nars Thakoon collection below, Nars Warhol is going to be at least twice as eye hurting! ahem… madly colored! The collection is expected for this Fall Winter 2012 and it’s said to have “innovative packaging, formulas and shades”. Pretty much like Warhol reinvented art, Nars is keen on reinventing makeup. With a little help from Warhol, biensur! (I’m so curious to see what kind of innovative formulas and shades they’ve come up with!)
