The Queen is back! Bow down! This is the best (double) magazine cover I’ve seen in a loooong time! Kate Moss doing W Magazine’s March 2012 issue as The Good Kate and as The Bad Kate!
It’s too intense to put it in words, so I’ll just slip the cover photos below, few images after the jump and let the visuals do the work! The flawless photography and the impeccable styling were signed by Steven Klein and Edward Enninful respectively. I’m overwhelmed! Kate truly is one of a kind and whoever put this project in motion has my absolute admiration and respect! Fashion, like it’s supposed to be! Enjoy! (more images here)

What a wonderful shot! I think the real credit must be given to the make- up artists , the light technicians and the photographers, not much for Kate ,altough she looks good here. I can perfectly see several other models doing the shot with the same result.
Linda, Sasha, Karlie, many others…
ana, sorry we disagree again: it’s Kate and it wouldn’t be the same result if it wasn’t her. I agree though all contributors to this shoot did a fabulous job of course ;)
And there’s the shoot for Italian brand Liu Jo shot by Mario Sorrenti. She’s still around and in demand. She’s Kate the Great!
Kate just keeps on getting better as she gets older. ; )
These are stellar photos!
Kate certainly brings her A game & these covers are great – I can only hope for other magazines to become more creative, edgy & fashion orientated (but that is a dream).
I had to laugh when I read that Karlie could get the same results – out of the mouths of babes! LOL!
yes, Kate is great for fashion people. For 10 years I worked in the field ( now happily out for 5 years) and I still fail to see the greatness.
Again, the concept and execution of this photo shot is SUPERB.
Ah, ana….each to their own? I can imagine you don’t like her though. But Kate has proved her longevity more than anyone else right? Anyway, we agree it’s a great shoot :)
Guess you don’t want to spill the beans about those 5 years with the fash daaaaaaahlings? ;)
