As much as I could appreciate (my own manner, of course) the Kaiser, I can’t approve his choosing Kristen Stewart to represent the house of Chanel for the Metropolitan Museum of Art 2010 Gala. Aside from the huge publicity she’d bring.
And that’s a bad couture move for the Kaiser. Despite of the dress being pretty Haute Couture-ish, Kristen looks too young to pull this heavy look. Correct me if I’m wrong (even if she looks awkwardly misplaced for every Red Carpet event), but Kristen looks like she’s trying too hard (she ended up looking like Rumer Willis – you can convince yourself by clicking here to see the gallery). With the 20s hair and the black nails, there’s something missing from this picture. What is it? (photos via)

She really evolved in the past years since the movie Twilight.
The old Kristen I know was some kinda boyish and all that, and doesn’t smile a lot in pictures.
I think Twilight’s fame brought her something to glam up her style!
Good for her!!!
I think that’s a pity. I like her better being her. This is not done by herself but hours work by a stylist, a visagist and hairstylist.
Thus we miss is Kristen herself. I know all these stars had help but a lot off them look natural that way. Kristen doesn’t.
Rumer Willis can’t help it she looks more like her father than her mother. Don’t join the Rumer bashers please?
Oh my. I am not liking this look on Kristen at all. She always looks uncomfortable on the red carpet. I wonder what it would take to make feel comfortable on it?
A few years. She’s a young tomboy, God bless ‘er (albeit a really glamorous one)
well its definitely the elegance she is missing, i can name a few young celebs who could of pulled this off pretty well but she didnt and will not
