At the first glance, without taking into consideration her white lingerie (that we can see pretty well), I’d say it’s a gesture of solidarity towards her daring good friend, Madonna. On a second thought, black lace with some white gown, that’s something only Katie Holmes can design and wear. Not to mention the matching booties. And the back view of her panty looks tacky.To me the get up looks a bit odd on her.
