At least as far as Jamie Foxx is concerned, his retrieving hairline can be hidden under a thick layer of ink. The actor was recently spotted with tattoos covering his entire shaved crane.

Better bald than this tattooed head. I’m not a fan of tattoos and see nothing wrong with being bald. Especially not being that good looking like Jamie. Maybe he’s not really bald but loves this look?
