Make Your Scent Last Longer With Armani Privé Scented Candles!

How far would you take your love for just one scent? Would you spray it around the room just to feel more comfortable? Would you take a shower or a bubble bath with products smelling just the same?

Because if you consider doing so, there’s an entire industry around a-one-smell-persona. From the time you get up in the morning (soap, shower creams et caetera) to those quiet nights (candle lights). Buying that special perfume, “the one” could boost your olfactory addiction to a 24/7 thing? If so, then here’s one of those day-to-night collections from Armani Privé. You can choose L’Eau de Parfum, the candle, the Deluxe Candle Holder and scented candles… (for the love of accuracy, one Armani Privé Deluxe Candle Holder costs about $95!). Is it worth it?

Easy like…Flying Elephants

In times of fairytale and mystery, of sweet Christmas tradition, I couldn’t have made another choice for an Easy Moment!

Flying Elephants.. How about that? I don’t even want to know if it’s true or one of those great photo-montages, I just think it’s a nice picture, something to show little children and tell them an innocent story about Neverlands and Wonderlands, about keeping your faith and a pure heart. So, what if elephants could really fly and nest in trees? (photo via pixdaus)

Fiat 500 By Diesel

Don’t you just love how fashion is slowly getting into everything? How all those fashion details, feminine by default, get insinuated into that wild men’s world like nothing happened?

I know I do! Even if I look at some of the resulted products with raised eyebrows because my snob-alarm immediately stars screaming, I can’t help but observing how more and more industries mix fashion for a more impressive final result. (more pictures right after the jump)

Diane Kruger Pictures From Amica January 2009 By Karl Lagerfeld

You already know I have such a weakness for Diane Kruger! Not only I think her physique is stunning, but I also see her as a modest, smart girl who chose to do something else with her life rather than just being pretty.

Not that that would be wrong… But the world lacks blonde beautiful smart girls! Sooo, Amica Germany has a photo spread of her for the January 2009 issue, photo spread signed by none the other but Karl Lagerfeld! He’s so much into magazines lately, I’m beginning to think he’ll soon make his own magazine. So chic! Of course there’s also a new movie coming up, with Diane starring as a secret agent. Take that, Karl and beautiful Diane and you have this breathtaking (but oh-so-cliché) retro photo shooting for Amica Germany January 2009. Isn’t this just perfectly suited? (photos via fotodecadent)

Prada Spring Summer 2009 Ad Campaign

I’m not sure what to believe! I first thought it was a strange poster. Now I’m beginning to think about it in terms of making of.

We all remember Linda Evangelista was the face for the last Prada campaign. And it’s the same Linda who once said she won’t be getting out of bed for less than $10k. I know that was back in the days (sigh!) but today’s economy made Prada give up glamorous Linda and take seven young models (you couldn’t tell them apart even if I would give the names), all dressed almost identically in one of those unhappy line-ups when pushing the first one is all it takes! Now would that be inspired by the infamous Prada SS 09 catwalk where everybody (and their dog) fell out of the statuesque shoes? Of course, if we’re to believe the official statements, this campaign was inspired by ancient stone bas-reliefs where everybody dance.. Uh.. what? (photo via tfs)

Summer Thoughts – Watermelon Vans Sneakers

These red, white and black sneakers are completely stuck in my head for few days. I really, really tried to get over them but couldn’t. Or wouldn’t! Because you had to know about it – the Fruits Collection for Vans Spring Summer 2009!

So here I come, with tree funny sneakers, saying – would you wear one of those? And giving a serious thought to the idea of my wearing one. Because they’re so funny? because they totally look like chewing gum? And guess what? I’d wear them with a suit! A pants suit, only a stiff office suit could match those Vans Watermelons! What do you say? (via)

Agyness Deyn Does Vogue Korea January 2009

After that Vogue US cover with Anne Hathaway, I would’ve accepted even a simple Agyness Deyn cover! And what do you know? My wish was granted and I found my Agyness Deyn January Cover! Vogue, cover! Vogue Korea!

I wasn’t sure how to take this but I definitely like it! Not that I would appreciate Aggy, normally, but this Marilyn-like style is a nice change, something I haven’t seen coming. I know it’s a cliché, I know I should be less enthusiast, but that pose really got me! I want to know what you think about the new Aggy on the Vogue Korea cover and if you’d like to see more of her like that rather than seeing her trashy usual style! (photo via tfs)

Kate Moss Velvet Hour Ad

I miss a serious piece of news about Kate Moss. So here’s her latest perfume’s commercial: Velvet Hour.

Not too bad, not too good either, just perfect for a mass-distributed product like Kate Moss makes them. I sometimes ask myself why a celebrity would choose to cheapen its name and prestige by lending them to a mass produced product (type clothes and/or perfumes, accessories). I can understand the labeling “designer” for the so-called celeb-collections, but even so, if it’s a cheap thing, why even bother? Wouldn’t that make more damage than cash ins?
