New Moon Teaser Via MTV Movie Awards 2009
June 1st, 2009 by kpriss
I really am a romantic and that really compliments my rock’n’roll spirit! So even if it’s a teen-fav, Twilight was a great movie for me. Because, like Tony commented not long ago, Robert Pattinson’s character from Twilight is a romantic one, like we haven’t seen from quite some times in the movies: the romantic male movie hero par excellence.
New Moon, Twilight’s sequel was already announced for this fall. (since the success of the first adaptation was immense, it was only natural they transported the two remaining books of the Twilight Saga on the silver screen) But behold! The Twilight armies have begun a war of allegedly official trailers for New Moon. To put a stop to all this, the producers have finally issued the Very Official Trailer of New Moon at the MTV Movie Awards, last night! …it is “so mouthwathering”! Enjoy!

Alessandra Ambrosio Promotes Victoria’s Secret Biofit 7way Bra
May 31st, 2009 by kpriss
I’m beginning to think that the good side of the credit crunch is having to come up with new and improved ways to keep up with fashion (and every other aspect of our blessed existence).
Victoria’s Secret Biofit 7way fit bra is one of those wonderful inventions that could make me order the product even without seeing its advertising campaign. And not because it’s Victoria’s Secret (not even because it’s Alessandra Ambrosio promoting it) but because it’s a smart gadget for any woman! (the story continues right after the jump with more images and the video ad)
Rolling Stone Covers Lady GaGa In June 2009
May 30th, 2009 by kpriss
I remember the good ol’times of Britney Spears and dancing in the classroom or Xtina’s Genie in the Bottle ways… How time flies! The new pop generation is represented by pantless queen Lady GaGa.
Working her shocking status with every magazine picture she can get, 23-years old Lady GaGa covers Rolling Stone magazine wearing as little as a transparent plastic gear for the June 2009 issue. If she wanted the world’s attention, she really got it! (the story continues right after the jump with a backstage video from the photo shoot!)

Thom Browne’s Men Skirt Suit On The Move!
May 29th, 2009 by kpriss
Though we highly speculated that maybe Marc Jacobs was the proud owned of Thom Browne’s entire stock of men skirt suits, this week we’re proved wrong.
The Thom Browne skirt suit was street-spotted in Chelsea and it wasn’t on Marc Jacobs! Remarquez the eye patch – it’s not just any men skirt suit wearer, it’s a style pirate, ladies and gents! But is he a stylish one? Would you see this men skirt suit spreading like a true men-skirt-virus? (photos via)

The House Of Lacroix Is Down!
May 29th, 2009 by kpriss
Christian Lacroix’ style may be incredible, but that much mixing touches even the master! Reportedly selling zero clothing articles this year, the prestigious House of Lacroix just filed for bankruptcy, filing $14 Million financial loss in 2008. Is that the end for Christian Lacroix Couture house? the first to hit the crisis-dust? Let us hope there’s a Phoenix about to rise from all the Lacroix print mishmash! (Racked)

Diane Von Furstenberg Supports The High Line Park On Sundance Channel
May 28th, 2009 by kpriss
Diane von Furstenberg is an eco-activist! She’s starring (sort of) in a short video aired on the Sundance Channel in support of the green High Line park project.
Not too fancy, not too complicated, the warm video tries to convince us we really need that High Line park, that a suspended green ribbon can actually be amazingly green and park-ish (you can even catch a distant glimpse of her most architectural DVF studios behind her). Off topic: I really love her unpretentious looks and simple talk. But would you fall for such a project? Is she convincing? Is it a real future for forgotten relics like this? (at least she doesn’t militate for building a loft industry on those rails!) (via)
