First Row Blogger
February 16th, 2010 by kpriss
This is something we’ve seen before: bloggers taking the Fashion Week First Row. But What you missed all this time was a live transcript of a first row blogger’s notes! And that’s something to frame and put on your wall! It has all that special Fashion Week aura and couture charge.
She’s taking notes, she’s quite devoted at her fashion task but she’s only been around for five years. And not just in the fashion industry! (hit the jump to see her special first row raw notes!)
Today’s Most Daring Headpiece
February 16th, 2010 by kpriss
Comes from our beloved, the one and only, the fiercest of them all wee monsters, Laaaadyyyy Gaga! And no, she’s not serving in a restaurant as a hobby, she’s just styled that way for one of her upcoming videos.
It’s art, baby, it’s art, something we, little monsters, wouldn’t have any idea how it tastes like (I feel there’s little chance you ever dreamed about wearing a plastic bucket and a telephone wrapped around your head)! (and if you’re looking for more, hit the jump, a second phony headpiece was placed there for your viewing pleasure!) (via)

Tattoos Versus Art. Amanda Wachob
February 16th, 2010 by kpriss
I’ve been on a tattoos hunt for so many years, I’ve come to learn some of the most bizarre and some of the most artsy of the field. But I still have many miles to read until reaching the “nothing surprises me anymore” threshold.
Today’s new Tattoos episode is honored to showcase Amanda Wachob’s special artistic works. From abstract to conceptual, Amanda Wachob’s tattoos stretch your imagination and make you dream of erasing the fine boundaries keeping art separated from tattoo. Bags, Bags, Bags. The Outnet’s Bags Special Edition
February 16th, 2010 by kpriss
You know those Frizz Inbox goodies we’ve been on for a while? Today it’s Bag day!
Though I admit, most of the times I say Bag I think Messenger Bag, I’m in a process of de-maximizing my bag. I try to find new ways to wear my bag’s content to a minimum so my large messenger’s contents would fit into a classic Chanel 2.55 (cross body, bien sur). Just in case! (I have no plans of owning one of them legends any life – time soon, but I girl can dream, right?). Getting back to that Inbox: so the Outnet is having a special bags sale with discounts of 60% and more for bags like this Miu Miu studded leather bag or the Marc Jacobs Stella bag, the simple black Chloe clutch or the electric Marc Jacobs blue satin clutch. Feel free to check them out and pick your bag if that sings to you! Hit the jump for more special bags!
The New It Wedding Dress: The Pocket Wedding Dress
February 15th, 2010 by kpriss
You know I’m a practical girl, I am! I love comfy clothes, my classical Converse sneakers and velour tracking pants. Love. Them. Also I have a thing for pockets! I remember an old brilliant ad I’ve seen a while back saying that children hide magical things in their pockets – that’s when my love for pockets actually begun!
They’ve made their Red Carpet debut a while back but now, our lovely, oh-so-practical pockets make their way to the altar! The new trend in wedding dresses – yes, you guessed it right – it’s the wedding dress with pockets! What say you? Fail or genius? (hit the jump for more images!) (via)
Easy Singing With Sonos Oh What A World
February 15th, 2010 by kpriss
Oh What a World! Haven’t you heard yourself saying that at least once? Haven’t you head the other saying it? I bet your answer was yes to at least one of the above questions!
But have you ever heard the Sonos singing Oh What a World? Try it! You might discover something wonderful! (too bad there wasn’t a video made – yet – for this amazing vocal piece performed by Sonos and originally written and performed by Rufus Wainwright – you can see him live performing the song here; then again, this audio only is also magical in its own way; each its own in-head video)

How To Best Recycle Your Old Magazines?
February 15th, 2010 by kpriss
As the mood of the world is switching to eco friendly, the green conscience takes a turn on your very life style.
Take for instance your old magazines: what to do with those? Keep the best content pages, undoubtedly, but how long and where exactly? Take a look at Oktavilla’s solution! Pile all those magazines into fancy walls. Real walls. Sure, security wise this structure presents some serious flaws, but aesthetically it makes up for the lack of actual practicality. You can do the same over at your place if you care enough for the environment and your old magazines as to build an interior wall with them! Go green, your friends will be all green with envy also!
