AnOther Marion Cotillard For Spring Summer 2010
February 19th, 2010 by kpriss
Lovely Lady Marion makes it to the pages of another fashion magazine. This time it’s the gorgeous AnOther magazine portraying (with the help of Craig McDean’s lens) our beloved Marion Cotillard. Only different.
Oily and mad (they call it power), Marion gets her honest shot at the artsy glamour only few of us, normal people, care to stomach before concluding that it’s not really fashion. I’m fighting that! AnOther Marion Cotillard this Spring Summer 2010! Suits her? (the story continues right after the jump with more images; click here for the gallery!)

The Selby Is In Your Place
February 19th, 2010 by kpriss
I’m trying to figure out something here, come, come, gimme a hand! I could use a fresh perspective! So it seems that our highly esteemed bloggers are on a publicist rampage!
Here’s yet another book signed by one of them street fashion (and more) blogger slash photographer! The Selby Is In Your Place is the name, The Selby Tod Selby its Photo Author. So what I’m getting is this: the only spotlight truly available for bloggers is the “no words” platform: you’re welcome to join our fancy dandy ranks as long as it doesn’t imply you saying anything. Pictures only, please! (in the sweet words of haute fashion: bloggers make good, free, viral publicity. Who needs them to really speak their mind? Photos, babyyyy, smile to the camera, yes, that’s right!) If you blog, why do you? If you don’t, why don’t you? If you read blogs, why do you? (you can admire Tod Selby’s photoblog here) (via)
Kate Moss For Longchamp. The Bags. The Ads
February 19th, 2010 by kpriss
You may remember Kate Moss from the Longchamp ads. And you may also have heard that Kate Moss went from model to designer for Longchamp this season!
Kate Moss for Longchamp is Kate Moss’ new design adventure into bagland, her first of the kind. To keep it real and coherent, she’s using the same logo/characters as for her Topshop designed line and she’s also going for a recurrent back seat ad theme (remember Parisienne?) (the story continues right after the jump with more images and a behind the scenes video!)
Check Out My New Puma Phone!
February 19th, 2010 by kpriss
I’m an iPhone devotee, it’s no secret by now. That doesn’t stop me from wandering the high and lows of gadgetry in order to find the latest and the most surprising!
Check out Puma’s new phone! (yep, I wish it was a joke!) Puma is releasing an active smartphone (2,8 inch touch screen, 3G, GPS, video calling, 3,2 MB camera, mobile internet, messaging) with a built in solar cell (in case you forgot your charger). (the Puma Phone comes in 43 days and you can see more about the new sporty fancy gadget here) (via)
Underwater Photography By Jacques Dequeker For Wish Report Brazil
February 18th, 2010 by kpriss
Underwater photography is pretty spectacular in my opinion. It takes so much to pull it right that every other photosetting just blushes away in comparison. Brazilian born (1970), self taught photographer Jacques Dequeker is a Vogue and Marie Claire regular and his portfolio is impressive.
This set comes from the Brazilian Wish Report, their 35th issue, February 2010. Styled by Juliano Pessoa and Zuel Ferreira with impressive pieces from Rober Dognani, the pictorial looks too amazing for words. Hit the jump to enjoy more underwater magic! The Perfect Carpet For Your Walk In Closet! And More
February 18th, 2010 by kpriss
Forget the classics, get ready for the new wire hangers carpet! Aesthetically surprising and over talented Bev Hisey’s Mommy Dearest wool carpet not only is masterfully hand-knotted but it’s also breathtakingly wardrobe-suitable!
However, if you think you’d be frog-jumping on the carpet to avoid the wire hangers, that’s how realistic it looks to you (though I promise, the description says knotted-in silk hangers!), you might consider other equally gorgeous designs, all signed Bev Hisey! (check them out right after the jump, click here for the gallery!)
The Fake Sartorialist
February 18th, 2010 by kpriss
We’ve seen The Fake Karl. Now let’s check out The Fake Sartorialist! It looks good, feels good, it’s an original fake! I think I’ll have to squeeze in a tiny, upgradable, neuronal area for Fake Someone appearance. More will come, I’m sure!
Now coming down to the morality of faking, I fear it’s not the smartest, brightest novelty in town, but whatever works. After all, they’re all hitting for the spotlight, right? (you can see what The Fake Sartorialist is up to here)

Yes, Melissa shoes! But not just any shoes! Jean Paul Gaultier Melissa shoes!
