I found something interesting to show you. As a French Manicure girl, I always raise my eyebrows very high whenever I see a quirky manicure. For I like classic nails, polish I can match with any / every outfit and occasion.

Peaches Geldof, my daaahlings, is matching her manicure to her tattoos (and boyfriends). She was recently seen getting her nails done and the end result was… interesting! Five nails with daisies on her right hand and three ohers with black nail polish and white letters on reading TOM and two more daisies. Hot or flop? What was the most eccentric nail thing you did? Or had done?

This is actually a short version of Donatella Versace’s home as we’ll only see the Living Room and the Bathroom from her Milan home. (oh, wait! There’s an Update with more images added, click here for the gallery!)

And as much as you’d imagined they’d be opulent and Versace-y, reality beats our imagination by far! A Versace Home leather chair in the bathroom? Massive Empire style Urns in the living room? Very graphic and very gold embroidered Versace Home Sofas? Maaaan, I surely couldn’t live up to those interiors! Could you?

Have you heard the latest in ad campaigns today? Julia Roberts was advertising for L’Oreal and her campaign was pulled back due to over photoshopping.

Claims that this or that product can restore your youth and give you back the skin you had when you were in your twenties are getting on the consumers nerves. Both Julia Roberts and Christy Turlington acted as spokesfaces for L’oreal and both their respective ads were pulled. And that’s not all: not even the Advertising Standards Authority couldn’t see the original photos due to a preexistent agreement between the celebrities and the cosmetics brand. Can. Not. Believe. It! Can someone head over to Vogue and explain to them how we’re getting tired of seeing women in their mid 40s looking like they were 20yo?

Being a Victoria’s Secret Angel, you would expect nothing short of gorgeous from a day at the beach with Adriana Lima! So naturally, I’m all eyes, taking notes as to find out what one of VS Angels chooses as a swimsuit when it’s her job to model skimpy bikini and ultra feminine lingerie.

Adriana Lima’s little black string bikini was followed by an equally revealing string bikini only in snakeskin print. Snakeskin print, my daahlings is the new trend. If you want to be in tune with the latest trends, use a snake skin print anything. A sexy swimsuit, a fashionable accessory, anything! Snake skin is so hot right now! How do you like Adriana Lima’s swimsuit? Would you wear something so revealing at the beach? And what about that cutie pie at her side (her daughter, Valentina)?

Elle’s Love cover is Love-ly. And beyond. And so are Chloe’s and Hailee’s! As photographed by Mert and Marcus and styled like angels or saints by Katie Grand herself, Elle Fanning, Chloe Moretz and Hailee Steinfeld all three look so ethereal and fairy tale-ish (though I think I prefer Chloe’s cover)! I’m curious about the mix of religion, sins and redemption you’ll see in the pictures after the jump. How fashion fits in all that. (fashion is the sin or the redemption?)

Katie Grand is trying to bring Love to a highly artistic level so it’s understandable that each and every issue gets out and brings the fashion nation to a level of unmatched enthusiasm. Just imagine this: there’s more than just one cover to this Fall Winter 2011 2012 issue of Love ( Love 6)! One cover was already released as a preview a while back (Nyasha Matonhodze) and more await the light of the internet: Daphne Guinness, Kristen McMenamy, Lara Stone, Maria Carla Boscono. Now that’s an interesting sight – Angelina Jolie was walking (more like she was struggling to get through) in London, trying to make her way through what looks like an overpacked sidewalk.

I’m loving her girls – they all look lovely and unique, to each her style. Most of all, I love Angelina. She’s all dressed up wearing a gray cashmere v-neck sweater, black skinny jeans tucked into over the knee tall black boots. Talking about puss’n’boots! I’m not so good at weather appreciations, especially in places I’ve never experienced personally – so you tell me – is the weather in London so harsh as to demand an autumnal wardrobe? (and if so, why doesn’t that apply to the kids? I always get the feeling that celeb kids are above the weather!)

I admit I’m fairly fascinated by all things architecture and interior design. Venturing in that field is a modern day trip to Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory (at least to me). There’s so much to learn and so much to look at, I would need more lives to get through it all.

Louis Vuitton’s latest book (fashion, books, it’s all related, duh!) is all about Architecture & Interiors. The special architectural works and interior design / decorations of the world’s Louis Vuitton stores (hey, what would you expect?). Now that’s something I would want for my coffee table lecture! (304 pages worth $85 for the normal edition and $130 for the special edition which you can admire below in their monogrammed fabric slipcases in gold, silver and copper)

I was wondering what’s up with the new technology that enables jeans to make you look thinner, curvier, jeans that lift up your behind, jeans that elongate your legs and, maybe, who knows, in the near future, jeans that will do the laundry for you. (joking)

So unless my experience will prove me otherwise, jeans are just jeans, contrary to what Wrangler said their latest Booty Up jeans will do to you! Laura Bell Bundy is the spokesperson (spokesbooty, would be more appropriate) for Wrangler’s new jeans which totally enhance your rear and lift it up through some magic inseams.
