Mini Colorful Hermes Bags: Mini Birkin, Mini Kelly
February 16th, 2012 by kpriss
I used to be such a huge tote girl. Everywhere I went, I carried this suitcase of a handbag, filled with all kinds of goodies. Hardly any of the tote’s contents addressed me directly. I did not carry an extra pair of fancy heels, nor did I keep a little black dress at hand just in case! My huge tote, otherwise extremely trendy and fashionable, was filled with diapers, baby bottles, wet napkins and, mostly, toys!
My tote was a rattling snake – all the tiny cars, dangling colorful plastic toddler chewing toys, it was all making this sweet music with every step I took. With time, I came to understand that my huge tote, as must – have as it was declared by the fashion industry, it was more of a kids – carry – all than a tote for me. So I kept it. For kids purpose only. As for me, I downsized to a tiny messenger bag. (now that I got that out of the way and you know all about my tote habits, it’s time to get to the Mini Hermes point, after the jump!)
The Colors Of Fun: Anna Sui Fall Winter 2012 2013
February 16th, 2012 by kpriss
It was really hard to watch Anna Sui’s collection! I’ve seen too many new faces on her runway! But on a closer inspection they were the same girls, only they were smiling and that was completely new to me. And to them! That’s why I love Anna Sui! Her Fall Winter 2012 2013 collection was colorful, printful and cheerful! Bright tights, knee high checkered socks, shearling and lace. All in the fifties – sixties vibe. Lovely! Delfina Delettrez Fringe Bracelet And More
February 16th, 2012 by kpriss
All that jewelry talk reminded me of this beautiful bracelet I had on my Desktop somewhere: Delfina Delettrez Fringe Bracelet.
I saw this bracelet weeks ago and I liked it so much, I saved the image. I’m not so good at wearing jewelry, you see, but I’m so darn good at looking at bracelets, earrings, necklaces (for instance – Rihanna was wearing a particular type of body chain for the 2012 Grammy Awards – I loved it!).
So this bracelet from Delfina Delettrez is made of pink, silver and vermeil fringes with fresh water pearls tips. Part of the “Swirls” collection, it was available chez Collette for $1,778. Swirls, indeed, huh? (after the jump, take a closer look at Delfina’s said collection)
See Through Fall: Vera Wang Fall Winter 2012 2013
February 16th, 2012 by kpriss
Debuting with soft hues of beige and orange, then evolving to gray, black and blue, Vera Wang’s Fall Winter 2012 2013 collection could be easily reunited under the sheer, see – through sign. Layers of geometrically cut fabric and laser printed motifs, flower shaped lace, fur and leather patches here and there made Vera Wang one of the faithful followers of the season’s trends. Jennifer Lopez Launched New Perfume, Glowing
February 16th, 2012 by kpriss
…which is pretty much the same as Glow, her first perfume with Coty, created 10 years ago. I didn’t know she had such a “long lasting” perfume, so I guess that pretty much sums all my depth of business perspective (wink).
What pushed Jennifer Lopez to re – release an already established perfume name? Maybe the need to update her marketing personality? Glowing perfume is reported to be much like the original Glow “natural, earthy, clean and real, but a little different side of that. It’s the woodsy side of it, which I think is kind of New York – y, darker and sexier.”.
Starting May 2012, Glowing is going to be sold in three sizes (from 1oz. at $39 to 2.5 oz. at $65) with complimentary body lotion. As for Jennifer Lopez, we’ll see a lot of her in the upcoming years, as she’s determined to tour, release even more music, maybe star in a film or two. Jennifer Lopez is Glowing. And busy. Celebrity merchandising isn’t going anywhere soon!

New Work Fashion Order: J. Crew Fall 2012
February 15th, 2012 by kpriss
It’s hard to imagine a more laid back, fashionable outfit for office days other than what J. Crew keeps on presenting season after season. J. Crew’s Fall Winter 2012 2013 collection is no exception to the cool rule and also, one of the brightest, full of joy collection this Fashion Week so far. Red, green, pencil skirts, retro feel. Comfy and stylish. Loving it! (the entire collection here)
Match Your Hair And Your Earrings
February 15th, 2012 by kpriss
I always ask myself if this or that earring goes with this or that look. And I don’t get it right every time. Especially when I’m having a bad hair day and I can’t discipline my hair up or down.
So it’s always good to know what hair goes with what type of earrings (and makeup) to make a good impression. Each and every time! One of my favorite earrings – the hoops. Big or small, they’re timeless. You can try something different from the usual Hispanic air with loose waves and an off – center part, carefully braided back like in the image below for a bohemian look. (more styles after the jump!)
Asymmetrical Leather: Diesel Black Gold Fall 2012
February 15th, 2012 by kpriss
Hardly unpredictable, Diesel Black Gold’s Fall Winter 2012 2013 collection concentrated on jeans and clothing and accessories that you could easily match with jeans. The main coordinate, I think, was leather, in asymmetrical cuts and layers. I loved the lowered waist and the big belts. If you have any old black leather skirts in your wardrobe, cut a triangle in them, attached them to a big belt and ta – daaam! Diesel Black Gold approved! (the collection here)
