France’s Luxury Goods Association Releases Anti Counterfeit Campaign

Although very glamorous, Comité Colbert’s campaign (French luxury goods association) aims at those who are tempted to buy fake designer goods. Carter, Chanel, Dior and more luxury brands joined the initiative which will be highlighted through posters in France’s most trafficked airports this summer, as reported by wwd. I don’t know how you feel, but these posters look really mean!
Jessica Simpson Introducing Baby Girl Maxwell In People Magazine

As we all know (and love), famous wee ones love posing for their first magazine cover really quick after birth. Such is the case with Jessica Simpson and her (and fiance’s Eric Johnson, former NFL player) baby girl, Maxwell Drew Johnson.
People magazine shows the happy parents posing for Tony Duran in a domestic bliss setting with their daughter.
Born via c–section on May 1st, Maxwell completely changed Jessica and her fiancé who “stare at her all the time. We can’t get enough!”.
I love seeing the happiness on people’s faces when they’re holding a wee baby in their arms! It’s the look of pure bliss!

Iron Man 3 Changes Suit!

Somewhat. It would appear, my dahlings, that Iron Man 3 is in the works! And since we just talked about movies costumes, about superheroes, Iron Man blends in perfectly!
Iron Man 3 seems to have changed its costume, reportedly turning into Iron Patriot! (think a mix between Captain America and Iron Man; however, as I’m not a comic book specialist and I know some of you are – wink – I’d love to know more about this change! Please?) {CinemaBlend}
Megan Fox Is Pregnant; Jalouse Apologizes To Megan For Misquote

There’s a rumor flying around saying that Megan Fox would be pregnant. The same has been said before and proven wrong, so I think we just have to wait and see. For the moment, Megan seems to have something to hide behind an umbrella. Not just any umbrella – a black Louis Vuitton umbrella, duh!
Now for some real Megan news: in the March issue of Jalouse Magazine, Megan Fox caused quite the controversy when she said “wouldn’t trade places with an unattractive girl”. It took the French magazine two months to issue an apology (as seen on Megan’s Fb page) and release the real interview fragment which goes like this:
‘I live well with my image. I cannot complain. I would not trade my place with an unattractive girl.’
‘I hate taking pictures. I never look at them, otherwise I would have to change everything. I prefer not to see any and trust the photographer, who knows his job.. I was never the pretty girl.’

Colleen Atwood, costume designer extraordinaire, known for her amazing work from Edward Scissorhands to Dark Shadows and now Snow White and the Huntsman, also three – times Oscar winner (until now) opened up about her work with the latest Universal Pictures flick, coming to a theater near you this Friday.
Designing for Charlize Theron (Queen Ravenna), Kristen Stewart (Snow White) and Chris Hemsworth has been a Paris Haute Couture – like adventure, judging by the looks of the sublime intricate embroidery, the myriad of leather sequins and various feathers. Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge attended Queen Elizabeth’s traditional yearly Summer Tea Party in a pink coat dress by Emilia Wickstead. The same dress she wore at a Windsor Castle reception less than two weeks ago.
And, guess what! She wasn’t shy about it either, saying “I’ve worn it before […] as you all probably know.” Good? Bad?
Gabriella Wilde, Roo Panes Burberry Fall Winter 2012 Ad Campaign

Burberry continues to support British music through its ad campaigns. The latest? Mario Testino photographed Gabriella Wilde (British Actress, known for starring in Dr Who, the TV Series and the 2011 Three Musketeers) and Roo Panes (a Folk Pop British musician who’ll also release a “soundtrack” for this collaboration, as reported by FTape) for the Fall Winter 2012 2013 Burberry Ad Campaign.
It’s a dark and moody, rainy and artsy campaign. Let us not forget that this fall is all about leather and dark fabrics with clear, severe cuts! And using London as this campaign’s setting only emphasizes the importance of this very beautiful city where this upcoming July, the 2012 Olympic Games begin!
