Hard to believe, but Elle is capitalizing on Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise’s marriage falling apart by emphasizing Katie’s newfound great shape and beauty with a Carter Smith pictorial.

Granted, she looks terrific on the cover of Elle US, the August 2012 issue. The best I’ve seen her looking in years. And what’s even better: she didn’t put her smirk face on the cover! Although we’re seeing her famous half smile inside, Elle still delivered a great Katie Holmes cover, didn’t they?

I know we talked about Emma Stone’s Vogue cover already! But my dahlings? That was her Vogue US cover! Now here she is, in all her pretty glory on the cover of Vogue UK’s August 2012 issue! Because umm.. you know, The Amazing Spiderman is everywhere this month. Oh, and also because like Vogue UK said: Emma Stone is the new Hollywood heroine. Cool Funny and Smart! {Vogue UK}

While I was going through some of the main events around to keep you all informed and au courant with the latest trends, my eyes were distraught by a title and the associated pictures: Justin Bieber, my dahlings, was going to a business meeting.

And because he’s such an amazing young entrepreneur and entertainer, he chose the best outfit to represent him at the said business meeting. Those people he met, must’ve really wanted see his underwear to feel more connected, I’m sure! That’s how you do business, today, my dahlings! With your undies on the table!

Well, well, well! While you were cheerfully lighting up those fireworks and diving into some unearthly tasty cake, our favorite celebrities were really busy! Take Claire Danes who just announced that she and husband Hugh Dancy are expecting their first child together! Yes, you’re reading that right, Claire Danes is pregnant! (I wonder where that leaves her Homeland character – any ideas?)

Also, Matthew McConaughey took the Twitter way to announce that he and wife Camila Alves are also adding to their family (they already have two children – son Levi, 4 and daughter Vida, 2). Yep, gorgeous Camila Alves is pregnant! Congrats to both of them, may they be blessed with excellent health and wonderful babies!

Happy 4th of July! I know some of you are celebrating proudly with stars and stripes so here’s what I found! A super sleek pair of Superga sneakers with? Yes, the said stars and stripes! I’d like to rock these some day, not just for the 4th! Would you? {GQ}

As such, I turned to the streets for a “real vibe” and real fashion grasp of the men fashion situation. I have a thing for continuity. Fashion houses, in this particular case, who keep a coherent aesthetic regardless of the ever changing trends, who insist on being represented by the same faces despite of the ever growing pressure of staying forever young & in the spotlight.

Ashley Greene still represents for Donna Karan’s DKNY label. Honoring her contract, Ashley worked with photographer Peter Lindbergh shooting the DKNY Fall Winter 2012 2013 ad campaign. Blistering cold and freezing rain, but look how fashionable she is! (dark, but fashionable still)
