Remember when I first signaled that Kat Dennings (agreed, let’s throw some of the blame on the stylist!) cleavage was going sideways? There were people who, in the name of fashion second chances and honest admiration said I was jumping to conclusions. Really? Was I? Let’s see! I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t worried about going out (dancing) and about losing my purse. Talking about marital bliss.. Sure, these two aren’t really married, just engaged, so I might as well go ahead and call this (pre)marital bliss but that sounds odd. (doesn’t it?)

Anyway, I wanted you to see these two because they look genuinely happy together. Keira Knightley and fiancé James Righton around town being amoureux and smiling bright while playing with the paparazzi in New York. Keira is filming a movie (with Adam Levine) there, so if you ask me, the thought alone of not being Levine anymore is enough to bring a wide smile on anyone’s face! (oh, and FYI, while this happy scene went down, Adam was engaged elsewhere, filming for American Horror Story, the controversial TV Series! How suitable!)

Remember when I was stressing out about Chanel making this beauty ad campaign where they were trying to hypnotize us all into buying lipstick? What’s wrong with today’s advertising? Here’s Suvi Koponen in Alexander McQueen’s Fall Winter 2012 2013 video ad campaign trying to do pretty much the same thing (only with McQueen clothes & accessories instead of cosmetics). Fashion has become such an acid trip these days!

So there you go, the first look at the happy, clandestine newlyweds trying to catch a movie at the Arclight Theatre (in Hollywood). Both Agyness Deyn and Giovanni Ribisi are wearing their wedding rings and their marital bliss faces to match the casual jeans looks (I actually like Agyness‘ shirt and her orange Dr. Martens, not to mention her smiley attitude).

Not that we’d have anything against them. Being happily married and all. We just weren’t invited! (wink) (but then again, neither were their families, so who are we to protest anyway? Last year I’ve been seriously in love with my dark denim skinny jeans. This year? Not so much. I got back to my (very) wide leg and boyfriend jeans. •  1. the waist: slimming a model’s waist is a must in fashion photography as, although the beauty standards have changed throughout the years, nobody wants to see a waist – less model. Because we all secretly love corsets…

•  2. the bones: hiding prominent bones because they hint at malnutrition. In some people’s eyes, one cannot show pointy bones unless they have an eating disorder. Models, being so overly thin and always pressured to be thin, are prone to anorexia and more eating disorders. Because we all secretly love the Elastic Girl…
