My dahlings? Have you seen The Bourne Legacy? Yep, that’s right, I’m talking about the latest installment in what seems to be the Bourne movies series. But even if you haven’t seen it yet, I won’t spoil you the fun. I’ll just open your eyes on this and that detail that caught my attention.

Elegantly outfitted Jeremy Renner and the ever so lovely Rachel Weisz take The Bourne Legacy to France. For the movie’s Premiere Red Carpet at the Deauville Film Festival, Rachel is wearing an elegant, timeless chic white dress from Nina Ricci. (the most similar model I could came up with is the short one from the Spring Summer 2011 collection. I’m not fully convinced it’s the same one, but the asymmetrical ruffles of the skirt indicate in this direction)

Look who’s taking the New York City streets by bicycle! Jennifer Connelly, her husband, Paul Bettany and their two children. Kristen Stewart who is right in the middle of a media scrutinized scandal, is on the cover of Vogue’s UK October 2012. Although you’d think she’s doing a pre – Twilight promotional appearance, she’s there for “On the Road” s UK premiere (October 12th).

A controversial but nevertheless iconic movie (based on a Jack Kerouac novel), as you’ll tell from the trailer (here), On The Road will only be on limited release in the US, and that in December. What you need to remember is that Kristen Stewart has slowly rose to a certain Femme Fatale status through her movies & press appearances while this new affair scandal is only consolidating her seductress fame. (call it her “Angelina” moment, Kristen, if managed righteously, will rise victorious after this scandal)

Katie Holmes’ divorce from Tom Cruise, although really discrete by Hollywood standards, is giving the media another Scientology bone to feed on. And Vanity Fair’s October 2012 issue’s Special Report is all about that. About what Katie Holmes didn’t know about Marriage, the Scientology – Style.

Talking about movies (boy, do I like talking about movies, or what?): Anna Karenina is coming this fall! Set to premiere on November 9th (in the US, a month earlier in Europe), the new adaptation of the classic Leo Tolstoy novel promises to deliver high class drama.

And who else better for Anna Karenina’s role than Keira Knightley who has previously worked twice with director Joe Wright (on Hanna and Atonement)? Jude Law is playing her husband and Aaron Taylor Johnson her new love interest, Count Vronsky.

Yep, yes! It’s that time of the week: the Robsten drama update. What happened since we last covered the affair? (pun intended) Well, much, apparently! Kristen Stewart’s mom has filed for divorce from her husband of 27 years (and father of Kristen). TMZ reported that the papers cite irreconcilable differences and also mention that Mr and Mrs Stewart live separately since 2010.

You may or may not remember this, but Kim Kardashian filed a formal complaint against Old Navy for using a lookalike (Melissa Molinaro) in one of their video commercials. Kim claimed it’s misleading the public into thinking she had any connections with the brand, wanting $millions to make up for that trauma. Saving the taxpayers money, Old Navy and Kim Kardashian reached an off – court agreement. TMZ reports that both sides are plea$ed.
