Keira Knightley’s Chanel Pale Pink Dress For Anna Karenina Premiere
September 5th, 2012 by kpriss
Remember when we talked about Anna Karenina the other day? Well, this is it! The premiere Red Carpet has been rolled in the UK! Keira Knightley and Jude Law (among with many others who were involved in the making of this new adaptation for the big – screen of the classic Tolstoy novel) showed up smiling and looking great in London’s Odeon Leicester Square theater.
Keira, besides wearing a lovely, adorable smile, shines in a pretty pale pink dress from the Chanel Couture Fall 2012 collection. True English Rose, that one, for her stylist picked a perfect dress decorated with 3D flowers in the same texture & fabric sewn up and down the gown.

September 5th, 2012 by kpriss
Whoa, there! It’s been a while since our last Emma Watson fashion magazine cover! And with no Potter movie in sight to talk about, Emma dishes out boys & school in Glamour’s October 2012 issue. Of course that’s related to some movie, one way or the other: her Perks of Being A Wallflower breaks in US theaters on September 21st (and October 3 in the UK). Other than that, it’s all about hair, stylists and well… Glamour – ously growing up.
Is This World’s Most Expensive Brown Paper Bag: Jil Sander $290 Vasari Bag
September 5th, 2012 by kpriss
You know, as much as I love a good handbag, I always say to myself that sometimes, the price of a (undoubtedly pretty) bag is completely over the top, thus making it outrageous for both my living principles and also for my budget.
Hence, whenever I think there are women (and men) out there walking around with $200,000 bags, it raises my eyebrows and then my elbows: what for? Do we really need to pay thousands for a piece of leather stitched together? The answer, biensur, is not in the bag (pun intended). The answer is in people’s head. In the social status they think a bag can offer.

The Moncler Anniversary Duck Comic Strip
September 5th, 2012 by kpriss
Associating fashion and all kinds of art is really not unusual nowadays. Actually, it would appear that various (and unexpected) collaborations are what spices up the present fashion times. Moncler, the notorious French clothing company marks its 60th anniversary with a comic strip by Christian Marra walking us through every Moncler decade. I love it when fashion is fun. Don’t you?
Lana Del Rey’s Vogue Australia’s October 2012 Inspired By Sylvia Plath
September 5th, 2012 by kpriss
Talking about Lana Del Rey earlier, triggered something from my memory: a Vogue cover, to be more specific! Lana Del Rey’s Vogue Australia October 2012 cover and associated inside pictorial look lovely (that in case you were wondering why she was wearing an Australian designer dress).
But if you’ll take a look at the images after the jump, know that the entire photo story is inspired by the sad (although very talented) life of Sylvia Plath. Master of poetry but not a master of enjoying her own life. Whether that can create a parallel with Lana Del Rey’s life / career, it’s too early to say, but as Lana confessed it herself for Vogue Australia: she likes sad songs, fast cars and carbs – not a very long – life promising combination! Also, she wears diamonds with everything.

Lana Del Rey’s New Hair (And Wayne Cooper White Dress)
September 5th, 2012 by kpriss
My dahlings? Have you seen Lana del Rey’s latest hardo? It’s not really a revolutionary change, like Olivier Theyskens, but still means something in the trends calendar. Right?
Lana del Rey is a brunette. She debuted her long dark hair on the Red Carpet (how else would she, now?) at the GQ Men of the Year Awards, yesterday, September 4, in London. Her white dress was designed by Wayne Cooper (as reported by JJ, an Australian designer) while her shoes and the clutch were from Ferragamo.
