Lady Gaga On Stage. Fame Monster Alright!
September 19th, 2012 by kpriss
I’m not usually this type of person. Criticizing someone’s physical appearance is simply beyond me. Only Lady Gaga’s stage pictures from the Amsterdam performance were too much to keep mum about.
I haven’t been to the beautiful Netherlands myself, so I wouldn’t know it makes you feel. But Lady Gaga really wanted to live like the Amsterdam people do, enjoy their freedom and taste their plants. As we all know, Marijuana is free for consumption in Amsterdam so seeing her Gaganess smoking pot onstage, during her live performance, wasn’t at all surprising.
Fashion Circus Meadham Kirchhoff Spring Summer 2013 Collection
September 19th, 2012 by kpriss
The fashion circus is in town! Meadham Kirchhoff brought it on the Spring Summer 2013 catwalk! I think I have a bow – overdose. And I never experienced that before – and you know I’m a bow person! At least the trends were confirmed: blue, yellow, red, white & black. You need those in your closet for next spring! (London Fashion Week is always so extravagant and fun!) (style)
GQ Puts The Outstanding Denzel Washington On The October 2012 Cover
September 18th, 2012 by kpriss
All the years you’ve know me, you’ve never seen me talking about men in vain. I don’t do that. I can chatter about women and whatnots all day, but not about men. Because the thing is, you see, men have to be truly outstanding to get across the Frizz bar! The one set so high because of my Adored Husband that it’s impossible for anyone to stand up to it!
I love him, I respect him so deeply and so much, I simply don’t have eyes or heart for anyone else. He’s THE man for me. He’s EVERY man for me!
But every now and then, I recognize the true value of some men out there. People I don’t know personally, but who, through my movie loving individual perspective, earned my admiration. Denzel Washington, my dahlings, is obviously one of them! I mean… look at that man! He’s like walking grace. (do hit the jump, I’ll talk you some more into Denzel!)
Busy Florals: Mulberry Spring Summer 2013 Collection
September 18th, 2012 by kpriss
There’s a busy feeling coming from Mulberry’s Spring Summer 2013 Catwalk. Something enchanting but simple at the same time, something that brings effortless chic in perfect balance with the wearable component of a real wardrobe. Mulberry’s collection was – in all its complicated tapestry – lovely and appealing. They got the pets all wrong, though – if they wanted it to be trendy, they should’ve put white kittens on the catwalk! {style}
Elle Fanning Hits The Woods For Lolita Lempicka Perfume Ad Campaign
September 18th, 2012 by kpriss
I have yet to understand the artsy people. Their levels of fanciness and hermetical hipsterness fails to touch me. In other words, my dahlings, here’s the very talented Elle Fanning in Lolita Lempicka’s first perfume ad campaign. The video commercial below is pretty intense. Pretty strange too, if you can convince yourself to watch it until the end.
Le Premiere Parfum de Lolita Lempicka comes with a metaphorical commercial signed by Yoann Lemoine with music by Woodkid. I wonder how they’ll botch it for TV purposes. If ever.. What do you think they’ll keep? The encounter or the pre – encounter delirium? (found it here)
Basic Disappointment: T By Alexander Wang Spring Summer 2013 Collection
September 18th, 2012 by kpriss
(I don’t want to flatter myself but in the light of recent events, I hope I won’t get backslashed for expressing my point of view!) There was a time I appreciated the basic attitude towards clothes and the unisex silhouette proposed by Alexander Wang in his T by Alexander Wang collection. However, this Spring Summer 2013 presentation is – to me at least – a disappointment. Call me conservative, but I still won’t wear white shoes with black clothes! (thank you, girls, for your support!)
Embrace Your Inner Child: Swing Dinner Table
September 18th, 2012 by kpriss
Talking about Barbie dolls reminded me of something I’ve seen the other day and absolutely wanted to share! It’s like a dream come true! We’ve all seen swings embedded in modern houses interior décor. But how about a Swing Table?
You can put it outside, you can put it inside, what matters the most is to get everyone around the table and .. swing! I know, I know, your mama always said you couldn’t play at the table, but we’re not children anymore! Let’s play at the table! Isn’t this (by far) the coolest table ever? (you can find it here)
Walking Dead Barbie
September 18th, 2012 by kpriss
Today I read some really disturbing news – there’s a special military corp getting ready for the zombie apocalypse. Fighting tactics, weaponry, you name it! (even shared on my FB Timeline)
With AMC’s Walking Dead success in mind, this makes a lot of sense. Grown ups making up excuses to play. Hopefully! (that’s the Christmas – loving me talking!) So here’s another disturbing moment I’d like to share with you: the Anatomical, skinless Barbie. It’s a special twist on the legendary Mattel doll. It’s an artistic perspective, biensur, signed by Jason Freeny. Take a long look inside Barbie, I think Mattel will soon intervene…
