Quality Bag Must: Hard Graft Bags
November 23rd, 2012 by kpriss
What can and must one do following a good, heartfelt dinner? Browse the internet for amazing finds, products that’ll make you proud just wearing them. Products made by people who believe in something. Something else other than increasing their financial revenue by cutting back on quality and fabrication exigencies. (I’ll probably get back and have that ‘talk’. One day.)
I came across Hard Graf. And I love them. I love their story, I love their love for creativity, their attention for detail and the passion they obviously put into their products! Below are just three of their many signature items I’d love to carry and take care of personally – wink – if you catch my drift! More images to convince you, right after the jump! (or hit the gallery, here!) Hermes who? (wink)

Best Gift For Little Girls This Christmas
November 23rd, 2012 by kpriss
You know I have a serious weak spot for anything and everything Pixar. Actually, when the yearly Pixar project comes out, it’s pretty much a visual Christmas for us. This year’s Brave entered straight in my heart, occupying a precious place, somewhere between Up (my favorite Pixar movie so far) and Monsters Inc. .
Maybe because we too have a girl and three boys and we’d hope for our sweet, precious daughter to be smart, brave and courageous but also compassionate and loving? Possibly. But that’s so personal and I tend to get all emotional and rain tears and typos…
Anyway, if your little girl liked Brave, a Brave doll would be the suitable gift this Holiday Season. But you know what’s even better than a Merida doll? A set! Merida and Queen Elinor, her mother. I’m writing this Disney Store thingie down, on my Christmas gifts list, next to: ‘ideal gift for my little girl’. But that’s me. How about you? What would Santa think it’s best for your kids?

Karlie Kloss Up In A Tree For T Travel Winter 2012
November 23rd, 2012 by kpriss
I like Karlie Kloss. She’s so fashionably daring! Taking risks when she’s doing a pictorial like she’s inspiring the editors and the photographers, pushing them to try new things in a very active registry. T Travel Winter 2012 magazine did a story of Delicate Balance with Karlie, photographed by Adrian Gaut. They obviously shot on location and there must have been some scary stuff crawling on the surface to put Karlie in a tree..
11 Outstanding Kate Moss Mario Testino Pictures From Vogue Spain!
November 22nd, 2012 by kpriss
My dahlings! I’m rarely so excited about fashion magazines – actually the last time I went up the walls for a Vogue number, was about Kate Moss’ wedding. That flawlessly inspiring moment in the absolute Queen of Fashion’s life that got as all ‘awww!’ together!
I was saying something about Vogue Spain December 2012 cover being amazing? Flawless? Beyond words? Wait till you see the actual pictorial! And the entire issue! It’s a Mario Testino special and they went over the Moon and back and then some to make it outstanding. 456 pages of sheer fashion delight. Oh, how I wish I had this issue in my hands! It’s so, so beautiful, I can’t find the right words to describe it! (hit the jump to see the rest or go for the gallery, here!)
Miranda Kerr For Mango By Inez And Vinoodh
November 22nd, 2012 by kpriss
After countless seasons of collaboration with Kate Moss for the ad campaigns, the giant Spanish fashion retailer Mango passed the marketing crown to Miranda Kerr. (besides having the same name initials, the two ladies have little beauty characteristics in common – one is blonde, the other is a brunette, one has hazel eyes while the other has blue eyes; they’re both on a long list of supermodels who worked with Mango on their ad campaigns.)
Best news: they also changed the photographer and now they’re working with Inez and Vinoodh on this Spring Summer 2013 campaign! Maybe Terry’s star is finally fading?
Tyra Banks Supermodel Cover, Cosmopolitan South Africa December 2012
November 22nd, 2012 by kpriss
Today marks the debut of a long weekend so that’s why we’re doing so much gossip and covers talk! It goes well with a pumpkin pie on the side (wink). Look at Tyra! She pulled a supermodel cover look for Cosmopolitan South Africa December 2012. Her way of being professional even for a Cosmo cover really is inspiring! The girl is golden! Literally!
Doutzen Kroes’ Strange Smile In Vogue Netherland December 2012
November 22nd, 2012 by kpriss
We’ve been warned: Doutzen Kroes’ Vogue Nederland December 2012 cover doesn’t look all that pretty. Actually.. it is. Pretty. But in a weird way. I like the natural makeup, I even like the dress. But I think they could’ve done so much better!
I had hopes the inside pictorial would look brighter. More fashionable. But I think Vogue Nederland wanted to play the simplicity card this time. Patrick Demarchelier photographed Doutzen for the cover story pictorial but halfway from the actual snapping of the image to the printing, something happened with Doutzen’s smile! The cover still pulls it alright, but if you click the jump (or see the gallery here), you’ll see there’s definitely something fishy going on!
