Another winner, another black dress to discuss! Lovely Jennifer Lawrence won not one but two awards at the People’s Choice Awards 2013 (People’s Favorite Movie Actress and Favorite Face of Heroism), all for her great work in The Hunger Games.
Picking up her awards, Jennifer looked amazing in a knee – length sequined dress from Valentino’s Fall 2012 Couture collection. Matching her sparkling look with Nicholas Kirkwood platform pumps, Jennifer was really impeccable, fashion – wise!

Emma Watson’s Peter Pilotto’s Colorful Short Dress, People’s Choice Awards 2013

You know who else won an award at tonight’s People’s Choice Awards 2013? Lovely Emma Watson! I already told you a couple of days ago (when we were discussing her Marie Claire pictorial) that her movie, The Perks of Being a Wallflower was receiving serious awards buzz and this night’s honors are only the beginning, I think (the movie also won for People’s Favorite Drama Movie).
But what is Emma wearing? A very colorful mini dress from the British designer Peter Pilotto’s Spring Summer 2013 collection. As you can notice yourself, the dress has been tweaked from the catwalk version, losing length and leg slit but keeping the cut out drama even so.

Look who won an award at the 2013 People’s Choice Awards Ceremony tonight! Lovely Jennifer Aniston! She was nominated and won for the People’s Favorite Comedic Movie Award category, so congrats are in order! It sure is nice to return from a sunny vacation in Cabo and have an award waiting for you!
Jennifer added a serious dose of fashion rock’n’roll with a sleeveless leather dress to the soft People’s Choice Red Carpet! And, guess what – she was wearing it knee length! Reports state that Jennifer Aniston matched her Christian Dior black leather dress with Tom Ford sandals and Fred Leighton jewelry.

Talking about going against the trend flow: Heidi Klum also opted for a maxi dress at the People’s Choice Awards 2013! She may not have had the same plunging neckline as Taylor Swift’s (but then again, Heidi doesn’t need to prove herself to anyone anymore), but the cutouts definitely edge up the look.
Heidi chose a Julien MacDonald black dress from the designer’s Spring Summer 2013 collection and wore matching black Christian Louboutin shoes.

Taylor Swift wore one of the most daring dresses of the night at this year’s People’s Choice Awards 2013. She clearly went against the trends and opted for a floor length dress when almost everyone else was wearing knee – length gowns, but that’s not the most ‘daring’ part.
Looking at the pictures below, you’ll notice the plunging neckline of Taylor Swift’s Ralph Lauren white dress! That’s really making a statement after her recent split from her latest boyfriend (One Direction’s Harry Styles). He’s sure seeing what he’s missing now. So is everyone else for the matter!
