Now if you think those earlier 4 minutes were wasted on Daisy Lowe’s video, then consider double or nothing! It’s the fashion game, only this time we’re taking out the big guns: Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin talking about Pretty Much Everything. Their photography exhibition following their iconic work throughout 25 years of fruitful photographic career.
This has been brought to my attention by our dear friend, Adriana (thank you!) and it’s really worth your time. Organized by Foam Fotografie Museum Amsterdam, the exhibition prequels a “Pretty Much Everything” book which will come out next year with the iconic works of Inez and Vinoodh.
I’m a point-and-shoot girl, I don’t mind much the exposure and the aperture when taking a picture (thank heavens for autofocus!). However, my Adored Husband really pays attention to this kind of things and every time he takes a photograph, I’m thoroughly convinced aperture and exposure are some kind of Potter-pulled spells to make photos look unearthly beautiful. That’s how magical the world of photography really is to me. How about you? Relying on autofocus cameras, like yours truly?

Aww, thanks Kpriss. I’m looking so forward to attend the exhibition. I’ve yet ordered the ‘Newspaper’ which is available at the exhibition in awaiting for my visit and their book.
Also available online via and worthy to order if you are a Inez&Vinoodh fan or just a photography fan here.
They show the video of that newspaper. It’s awesome. I saved it in plastic. =)
I can’t find the English page anymore….argh….well, there’s always google translation right?
Me and the camera? I don’t even dare to show my photos hahaha…so my cellphone is these days good enough for ‘my art of photography’….
I wrote a mistake in my first reply…the English version is to find on the left side under of the page. Apologises.
Wow I am sorry that I missed this when it was first posted! Thanks Adriana for finding it and thanks Kpriss for posting it!
I love all of the photos shown and I recognize many of them, but I did not know that these two wonderfully creative people were the ones who shot the images.
I would love to see this exhibit in person! It is really rather nifty and I like the way the artist talk about their work, they are not phoney or full of jank! : )
Love it!
