Marion Cotillard’s Zuhair Murad Flowery Black Dress, Critics Choice Awards 2013

It’s been a while since we last saw Marion Cotillard attending an official Red Carpet event! Here she is, in all her French glory, on the 2013 Critics Choice Awards arrivals Red Carpet, wearing a lovely flowery black lace dress!

I wonder what happened, though – was Marion released of her Dior contract? Because she chose a dress from Zuhair Murad Fall 2012 Haute Couture collection and she was usually all prettied up in Dior, for official events like this. Even so, the dress she’s wearing is in total accord with her style, finishing the busy embroidered lace look with a pair of nude Jimmy Choo shoes.

I’m not too fond about the hairstyle – she could do so much better than that tulipe – y arrangement she’s got going right now! She kept her makeup to a minimal natural look, and that’s a good thing, given that the colorful embroidery on her black Zuhair Murad dress could’ve been too much with a more dramatic makeup approach.
