Chanel Haute Couture Fall 2012 Collection: Dusty Fashion

I vaguely remember Karl Lagerfeld saying that if Coco Chanel would see the collections he designs for the house of Chanel today, she’d definitely hate them. I thought it was a big word. Especially for someone as praised and as appreciated as the Kaiser. But today, going through pictures of Chanel’s Fall 2012 Couture collection, I had a distinct “dusty” feeling. Where’s the glamour? Where are the designs for the young generation?
