Feist 1234 Mushaboom

Let’s start a new week gently, madly, passionately! Feist is one of my favorite artists out there and although I’m mostly about listening to music and less about watching the videos, I think we should all take a moment and watch Feist’s following two videos!

It’s hard to get back into the week’s rhythm after a wonderful, peaceful weekend, so let’s take it slowly. Let’s enjoy every moment. Like we always do! Starting with 1234 and, after the jump, Mushaboom!

Can you believe that Feist’s success is attributed to one of her songs being aired as an Apple iPod nano commercial in 2007? I really had no idea! Yeah. So life is full of little coincidences. (has anyone had the chance to see the Discovery documentary on Steve Jobs? We had a prior engagement to honor, so we couldn’t – if anyone watched it, please share your feelings about it!) Also, Mushaboom was used for a Lacoste ad (scroll down to discover it) and it was also included in the original soundtrack of the charming 500 Days of Summer!

Yes, it’s Indie all in the same time Rock, I’m loving it, the 1234 video is full of joy and passion, I’d love to get up and dance to it! Both videos make me feel so lighthearted and optimistic, each time I listen to Feist’s music, I get the feeling it was made to be danced in the clouds ballroom. Just close your eyes and imagine fluffy, white clouds dancing around to 1234! Isn’t it the perfect picture?
