Tom Ford’s Vogue Paris December 2010 January 2011

Tom Ford, the uber designer turned director is gracing the cover of Vogue Paris December 2010 / January 2011. Guest editing the magazine and being photographed by Mert and Marcus for the cover, Tom Ford hides behind Daphne Groeneveld.

Also featuring pictures from his September presented women collection, this issue sounds very interesting and, dare I say, decadent? It’s Vogue Paris, after all, I’m not expecting nuns and doves (except for Lara disguised as a nun, maybe? Where’s Lara, you’re asking? She’s apparently not in. However, rest assured, Carine is faithful to her aesthetics – Daphne is Lara’s 15yo doppelganger. Oh, and there are images inside photographed by Terry. That Terry! Carine Roitfeld, Vogue Paris, Tom Ford, 15yo gorgeous looking Daphne Groeneveld, Terry Richardson. What could possibly go wrong?) (via)

Ah see, another Dutch! Already called the “new” Doutzen or Lara. More “a Lara” if you ask me. She’s now 16 and she is pretty of course but oh, how I love to see more diversity. Especially in pose and age. Oh, here are two older women too! The ever lovely Lauren and I can’t see who’s the other to be honest???
It has always to be extremes right? Or very young or old. So a sort of hype. Where are women like me who feel like me and love to see age differences to identiy with when it comes to fashion?

And they wish only the in hiding monsieur Ford un Joyeux Noël? Sniff, sniff….it’s not a festive Christmas in cover country! ;)
