If there’s one thing that I expect from Beyonce (other than being flawlessly beautiful) is her wearing a mermaid-ish gown for a Red Carpet Event! Either from her own collection or any other designer, Beyonce is keen on finding the siren in every fashion collection.
So it was pretty predictable as far as the silhouette goes, less on the texture: Stephane Rolland’s textured dress work on an Egyptian beauty image for Beyonce’s 2010 Grammy Awards Red Carpet. I strongly dislike the front zipper, how about you? (photos via 1, 2)

This gal is just flawlessly foxy! but I agree, the zipper just seems to intrude on the neat looking circular shapes the designer is going for.
The drop skirt is disappointing though, Beyonce has such great legs….and I am very much of the oppinion, if you got it FLAUNT IT!
Personal prejudice urges me to mock the creamy/tan colour but I know I’m in the minority that despises this colour for making anything look like mushroom soup, although I can see where the designer is coming from with the use of a matte colour to accentuate the lovely curling features and fall of the fabric.
I would still love to see Beyonce in some colour….emerald green would look fabulous on her!
Yes, she has great legs! She showed them for $2.000.000,– to Gaddafi’s son on his birthday party. Gaddafi’s? The dictator of Libya. No Beyoncé for me anymore. The woman has no taste nor style: no conscience. it’s all smoke and mirrors with this spoilt brat!! :P
I like the dress and she looks lovely in it.
re. Adriana :
They don’t call them ‘the silly people’ for nothing.
Mind you I wouldn’t respect any celebrity who rubbed shoulders with or more to the point, accepted money from, despicable heads of state.
Very good, she looks lovely in it.
