Yesterday I was going through my pile of various scarves looking for something I could put on. As a headpiece. Something I could transform and adapt to a regular headband I use as support for various headbands accessories made by moi.
I had to settle for a simple red piece (I was specifically looking for something red or red-ish) and call it quits before I got angry for not having found exactly was I hoping for. Today my eyes were enchanted at the view of Tour De Force’s fierce headbands! Let me explain why in images! (more after the jump!)
Whether it’s a headband or a headpiece, things are never simple with Tour de Force! But even though they make quite elaborate and doubtlessly daring hair accessories, Tour de Force’s pieces are remarkably interesting and appealing! I could choose one of those ginormous layered bows as headband anyday! (not to mention that if you’re having a bad hair day, a Tour de Force piece will surely take the attention away from those undisciplined tresses!)
Who and why Tour de Force? Camille Roman, Gibraltarian designer, Central St Martins graduated. Because feminine is flattering. Where? Letourdeforce dot com. Louis Vuitton bunny ears who? (via)

Hmm, I go for the Dada Bells Tour de Force. A bit less orange would be nice but what if I create something fun like this myself? Done this before with feathers. So yes, those are fun!
Yes I like this. They would be fabu for Ascot or a wedding. I like wearing hats to weddings (its the Brit in me) and this is a nifty alternative and rather cute too! : )
I like them all but for the birdcage one. Its too Lady Gaga for me. : )
I would love to wear one. Can I wear it instead of a helmet?
Daydreamer: a brilliant idea to customize a helmet! Only take care the fabrics can handle rain and/or storm. Or customize one just for fun days?
where do i get all these?
there’s an online boutique here. Good luck!
