The new Dior darling, Marion Cotillard looks impressively simple and beautiful for the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Costume Institute’s 2009 Gala.
Her dress looks especially made for her and the Dior clutch is perfect match for the ethereal dress. It’s not every day that you can contradict Marc Jacobs fashion must (keeping it short for this year’s Met Gala, The Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion) and still pull such a gorgeous appearance. But then again, when is Marion Red Carpet-wrong? (photos via)

Impressive dress. I’m not an expert at telling who-designed-what when I see an actress wearing a dress, but even an amateur could tell (at least this time) Cotillard would be wearing Dior! (I thought both Gisele and Kate would be in Versace…)
And, of couse, Madonna in Louis Vuitton! (Outstanding website. Try to check it everyday, even though don’t comment every time I do it.)
Marion looks really beautiful. At last I began to feel so negative.
John Galliano reminds reminds on one of my favourite films (for)ever: Death in Venice.
Oops. I forgot Gisele is the new face of Dior…
Marion looks beautiful and comfortable. I am looking forward to seeing her in the Dillinger movie with Johnny Depp.
This is so lovely
