Oh, my! How quickly the world turns! The sparkles from the New Year’s Midnight toasts glasses haven’t even faded from memory yet and here we are, talking about a glorious fashion Red Carpet event (and more) to go down in less than two weeks time!
The 2013 Golden Globes are scheduled to air on January 13th (on NBC) and here’s the first promotional poster for the event in question! Starring the brilliant Amy Poehler and Tina Fey in dazzling glamorous (similar) sequined dresses, smiling and revealing their headspinning, colorful shoes for the special Red Carpet Occasion: Converse sneakers! I just LOVE Amy and Tina, and of course Converse runners are my go to brand, but I loath award shows so I will not be watching. I am sure that they will do an amazing job of hosting! : )
Of course everyone is already talking about the Golden Globes! With these two funny ladies in the lead, it’s hard not to get excited about the event! Unfortunately, the one year I actually want to watch is also the only time I’m scheduled to work nights.
