Coco Rocha’s Jacobs Fall 2011 No Photoshop Campaign

It’s just the official announcement, but it would appear that the lovely Coco Rocha would be the spokesface of the Jacobs Fall Winter 2011 2012 ad campaign. So far so good, nothing strange in the hood. Only the best part is yet to come: Coco has agreed to the campaign if a no retouching policy is respected.

What does that mean? Well, expect a fashion ad campaign without extra slimming, trimming and whatnots to digitally enhance one’s appearance. Such a wonderful news makes me think there’s still hope! What if all the ads of the world would be unretouched? (via)

I love Coco Rocha! She is an interesting and well rounded person! I am happy that she stipulated this no retouching policy! Way to go Coco! :)

I hate to say it but by this picture isn’t she looking too skinny? i remember her being a bit more curvy

you’re right, mdinah! Now that I look at it from that perspective, Coco looks a bit “sharp” to say the least!

Because it’s not photoshopped… obviously. They don’t just retouch photos to make you look thinner, they retouch them to make you look healthier too. Really anything to make a person appear “perfect.”

I think it’s very brave of her to do this! :)
