Kardashians For Bebe Clothing Collection
April 20th, 2010 by kpriss
One has to know how to survive and reality shows stars seem to have a special extra sense for doing just that: surviving. Successfully, while doing nothing.
The Kardashians seem to have a pretty catchy style, though loud and not particularly noteworthy. Renowned clothing brand Bebe has been so inspired (financially) as to ink a deal with the Kardashians for an eponymous clothing collection. Which, unbelievably, has reached its second part (the first part has been sold out almost instantly). Looking at the models (doesn’t it feel weird seeing a thin girl with clothes supposedly designed by curvy women to represent curvy women?) I can’t understand why Jennifer Lopez’ clothing collection didn’t sell as well as this one. The style is very loud. ahem similar… (Bebe via N:l)
Match Your Purse And Your Belt!
April 20th, 2010 by kpriss
Do you still recall the classic fashion must: match your shoes color/style to your bag’s color/style? And/or your belt? Those days are long gone now, making way to every style fantasies.
It’s only natural that when we’re coming across a belt’n’bag perfect match to consider it as eccentric and daring. Especially when it’s about metal studs! What say you? Cast your vote right after the image! (photo via)

Vanessa Paradis By Karl Lagerfeld For Vogue Paris May 2010
April 20th, 2010 by kpriss
Talking about the Kaiser and his influence on the fashion industry got me thinking about his latest: a pictorial with Vanessa Paradis from the May 2010 issue of Vogue Paris. Very anti-summer, very strict, it’s an authentic Lagerfeld.
Every time I look at a similar product signed by the Kaiser I appreciate the perfection of it and at the same time I feel my aesthetics experiencing into some kind of strange rigor mortis. Don’t get me wrong, I think Karl Lagerfeld is a genius, I just don’t go well with his sometimes sterile rigueur. Plus I’m so used to Vanessa Paradis’ boho chic, I don’t open up easy to a military look associated with her features (especially for a summer month issue). Do you? Fancy The Karl Lagerfeld Lamp?
April 20th, 2010 by kpriss
It’s very improbable that another designer has had so much influence on fashion (and such a vast empire on his hands) before (or after) Karl Lagerfeld. As such, his features are now iconic and the mere sight of this lamp will instantly recall Lagerfeld’s ways.
Designed by the French from Samal Design, the Karl Lamp is made of metal and plastic, embodying the very essence of der Kaiser’s personal style: high white collar with short, pretty wide black tie. Isn’t this lovely? (DS via tF)
H & M Garden Collection Spring 2010
April 20th, 2010 by kpriss
You know you want to wear those flowery dresses, those micro shorts, those printed tunics! At least I want to! With all my heart! I went through my summer wardrobe this past Sunday and it felt so good! Flowers and vibrant colors, prints all over! I’m so tired of boots and coats! Aren’t you?

And Natasha Poly does a wonderful job showcasing this collection! (the story continues right after the jump with more images and videos, click here for the gallery!)

Jimmy Choo Trainers Collection Fall 2010
April 19th, 2010 by kpriss
Since we’re all living fast times and we’re always in a hurry, running around in high heels may not be the best option. Jimmy Choo already thought of you fashionable ladies around the world and, behold, he’s launching his Fall 2010 collection with some sneakers a bord!
Purple-icious, shiny and mighty glamorous, my favorite pair from the new Jimmy Choo sneakers look like the perfect promise of a sellout. Available in white, purple and taupe (though I admit, the purple ones definitely caught my eye and they’re making their way to my heart), the new low-top sneakers are already available at selected stores worldwide (as for the high top ones – they only seem to be available in black and purple). I’m keeping my Converse (and my budget intact, given the Jimmy Choo trainers range from $640 to $470), but that’s just the conservative me speaking. How about you? Ready to splash for Jimmy Choo trainers? (via)
