Chanel Iman’s Red Bag Boutique
May 25th, 2010 by kpriss
Continuing the tradition of mother-and-daughter fashion business model, Chanel Iman and her mother, China Robinson, have opened up a store in L.A: The Red Bag Boutique.
Why should you consider the Red Bag Boutique before anything else? If not for shopping, then maybe just for a stare. There you’ll find the very clothes worn by Chanel Iman on various occasions or designer pieces which haven’t made the catwalk. Yes, soft vintage, previously worn by Chanel. Isn’t that something? Nike Women Gladiator Sandal
May 25th, 2010 by kpriss
Though this may seem like the handy work of a Photoshop editor, after all that Photoshop talk we tend to have here, it’s reality 100% on our screen.
Nike’s High Top Gladiator sandal for women is really happening at a Nike store near you. It’s fabulous, it’s fierce, it’s Nike and it could be an option for the hot summer city walks. Would you consider the $80 Nike Gladiators? (via)
Street Style. Men Style
May 25th, 2010 by kpriss
Just like you, I make my street style fill almost every day. And just like you, I have a varied palette of streets I like to stylestalk and dig my inspiration from the goodies within. This time, however, it’s different.
I’m a classic when it comes to men attire. Jeans and a shirt or a tee and a well placed accent (that may be an accessory or simply a pair of colorful shoes), that pretty much sums it up for me when it comes to masculine fashionability. In my fashinternet years, I have, however, discovered that it can be so much more than that! (remember this?) And still, I can’t break my classic-conservative views. Take these two for instance: the red jacket one is from London and the pearls boy is Levi, a designer, photographed in Stockholm. Please cast your vote right after the photo! (photos via 1, 2)

Rini By Irina Lazareanu Collection Out Soon
May 24th, 2010 by kpriss
A while back I was convinced that Irina Lazareanu was the real style icon and I was sharing that noteworthy suspicion with you. Ever since, I haven’t heard much about Irina, much to my sadness (maybe once off Kate Moss’ radar, Irina was off everybody else’s too).
Until now: Rini by Irina Lazareanu is the name of her upcoming clothing collection. It’ll be launched this September, in Japan, under the Baroque Japan label. I’m sure it won’t be a disappointment and I can only hope at least images from her Rini by Irina collection will surface for our eyes delight. Would you rather by Rini by Irina or Kate Moss for Topshop? (ToE via R29)
Fashion Is A Matter Of Taste. Photos By Fulvio Bonavia
May 24th, 2010 by kpriss
Unarguably a great truth, fashion as A Matter of Taste has never looked so tasty and good before. It’s all in the textures, the shapes and the way we see our precious fashposessions.
Fulvio Bonavia was a graphic designer before he was known for his photography. However, he has received numerous awards for his photos and he was commissioned by numerous international brands for their advertising campaigns. And judging by his work as highlighted in his published book “A Matter of Taste”, I must agree that Fulvio Bonavia is a mighty talented artist. Take a look and judge for yourself! OPI Nail Lacquer Winter 2010 Collection: Burlesque
May 24th, 2010 by kpriss
Just in case you were overwhelmed with the over fueled Aguilera – Gaga who’s copying who intrigue, this piece of news comes just in time to pull you out of that media trap. OPI, one of the world’s most appreciated nails cosmetics brand is getting ready for the Winter 2010 season. With a very special collection inspired by Burlesque, Christina Aguilera’s upcoming movie (with Cher).
It’s a very glittery, shimmery collection, full of color and stage aroma, continuing the magic shades first brought to your attention through the Alice In Wonderland OPI collection. Available starting September 2010, I’m already loving the vivid showoff Burlesque OPI collection and I’m looking forward to Burlesque nails! What say you? Would you give all that glitter a chance? Marc Jacobs Bang Perfume For Men Ad Campaign
May 24th, 2010 by kpriss
Much from Juergen Teller’s work reminds of Terry Richardson’s. And that’s not a good thing. I admit it’s a subjective point of view and as a fashion bystander I sometimes go (just) skin deep into some issues.
Talking about skin. Have you noticed Marc Jacob’s Bang ad? Bang is Marc’s latest perfume for men and advertising it he found nothing more suitable than his very own (clothesless) persona. Oiled and laid back. And even though he said this was his associate’s idea, I’m having difficulties in discarding the heavy deja-vu feeling (and the greasiness of it all) – remember this? and this? What do you make of Juergen Teller’s Marc Jacobs Bang Perfume Ad? (just in case: the perfume drops on July 30 in stores and it’ll be accompanied by a very aggressive campaign with yes, this very image!) (via)
