If you’re familiar with Heidi Klum, even a little bit, there’s one other thing to know about her, aside from her being a gorgeous supermodel: she’s also a supermom. Mother of four, Heidi Klum, shared her hair secrets. And this time, she’s not talking about her hair, but the hair of her kids!
Especially of her three youngest: Henry, Johan and Lou. Heidi said: never brush the curly hair when it’s dry because it’ll frizz! Heidi said: go see a hairdresser who really knows how to cut and style curly hair! Heidi sais: use conditioner and detangler! And finally, Heidi said: give in to your kids needs to express themselves – cut off their hair if that’s what they want to!
It is yet unknown if Henry and Johan took after Gwen Stefani’s boys, however, Heidi’s boys now sport Mohawks! Cute, huh? (via)

I like to fancy myself as a very liberal girl when it comes to fashion and style. As liberal as to indulge myself into wearing the same clothes I did when I was in college. Or to turn some of my skirts into dresses for my little girl. Yes, that’s liberal in my opinion. Because it starts with liber- , it will always make me think about liberty. And sometimes, that’s what’s missing in fashion these days.
Anyhow, we’re here for the frivolous pleasures of fashion, not to discuss the dictatorial trends. Are we?

Oh wow! Look, it’s Bella on the cover of W magazine! Um..Not? Strangely unfamiliar and madly fashionable, Kristen Stewart goes beyond herself for W September 2011.
Photographed by Mert and Marcus and styled by Edward Enninful, Kristen Stewart looks like Elizabeth Taylor. Which comes across as absolutely unbelievable when we’re talking about Kristen Stewart. The one – expression actress who’s primarily known for her role as Twilight’s Bella Swan. A big thank you for the people who picked up the challenge and transformed Kristen into this W vision! My my, despite my aversion for all paper magazines (environment and such), I think I’ll add another September issue to my fashmagazines rack! W magazine, here I come! Who’s the star of the advertorial season? It would appear, that for the Fall Winter 2011 2012 season, Sasha Pivovarova could be the ad queen.
Here she is, modeling for H & M their Fall Winter 2011 2012 collection. Although I was hoping for Anja and Freja’s ads to come out, I’m perfectly happy with Sasha whose smile I simply adore. Not too pleased with the clothing, though. The idea is great – multiples styles with the same outfit, however, some of the end results are too forced. At least to my eyes. It’s hard to think about something else other than: I really want this magazine issue! Right now! (can I buy two? That’s how much I like the September 2011 issue of Vogue!)
Kate Moss always delivers. Now that it’s about her wedding, it’s an entire new stage of delivering. Mario Testino, who was the official photographer of Kate’s wedding shares his perspective with the world through this September’s Vogue. The story, as written by Hamish Bowles is fashionably epical (you can see more images and read the story as it was edited for online publishing here). Few images have made their way here because I so love weddings and I’m so going to buy this Vogue! Aren’t you?

You may have heard that Christopher Nolan has the next Batman movie in full filming mode and that The Dark Knight Rises will premiere next summer. After that long introduction, it’s time for a slight spoiler moment: Anne Hathaway is the new Catwoman.

Red Carpet Fashion: Rachel Roy’s Pajamas And Coco Rocha’s Tablecloth

The vacation season is in full bloom still so it’s no wonder I wasn’t aware of what happens on the Red Carpet. However, after doing some serious browsing and stumbling across images from the New York premiere of Anne Hathaway’s latest movie, One Day, I was forced to update my Red Carpet fashion data.
To my greatest surprise, I found Rachel Roy, a fashion designer, wearing a pajama like suit – light blue with white stripes on. Take a look below and tell me what you think! Also, after the jump, the adorable Coco Rocha, present for the above mentioned premiere, was wearing a white strapless maxi dress with strange motifs on, the fabric reminding me more of a curtain or tablecloth than Red Carpet suitable outfits.
Kate And The Eyeliner: Is That Much Eyeliner Good For The Duchess?

After the initial enthusiasm and primal joy of meeting Kate Middleton, now Duchess of Cambridge, the world started to dish on her style and makeup. Normal, you’d say. I agree. However, some comments and observations seem to be pertinent, regardless of my admiration for her wedding moment, truly royal, and for her wanting to keep it real by doing her own makeup.
Dame Vivienne Westwood, a great authority and talent in the fashion game is the last to have objected to Kate’s heavy black eyeliner, saying that “…The sharp line around her eyes make her look hard. Either she should be smudgy or wear none.“
